got this call at work wanting me to verify my address so they can send me some $100 gas card advised that they need to remove me from their list and then they hung up.

got the same exact call but they wouldnt get the hint when i told them i didnt want anything from them. I hate these people.

THESE PEOPLE ARE RELENTLESS...........THEY HAVE CALLED ME NON-STOP FOR TWO WEEKS - SOMETIMES 7 TIMES A DAY..... I HAVE SPOKEN WITH A GIRL TWICE - BUT MOST OF THE TIME THEY CALL AND HANG UP.  IF YOU CALL NUMBER BACK - IT GIVES YOU OPTION TO PRESS 1 TO BE PUT ON DO NOT CALL LIST - AND IF YOU DO - THEN THEY CALL YOU EVEN MORE.  THE GIRL I SPOKE TO THIS MORNING WAS ASHLEY MAXWELL - SHE CONFIRMED THE  COMPANY NAME - GLOBAL REWARDS OUT OF TAMPA FL - BUT KEPT TRYING TO VERIFY MY MAILING ADDRESS AND CC NUMBER - WHEN I ASKED HER FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND A SUPERVISOR'S NAME BEFORE I WOULD VERIFY MY INFORMATION WITH HER - SHE QUICKLY HUNG UP.  SINCE THAT CALL THIS MORNING - I HAVE GOTTEN 4 MORE CALLS - USING DIFFERENT NUMBERS - WHEN DOES SOMETHING EVER GET DONE TO MAKE THESE PEOPLE STOP !!!!!!

i just got 3 calls this morning from this number. never answered them. persistent isn't he???

I have been getting calls from some of the above numbers for the last couple of years.  Them having the last 4 digits of my VISA tells me that either VISA or someplace I have used the card are supplying the info.  Called my bank, local not national, and  they ASSURED me that it was not they, the issuers of the VISA debit that provided any info to anyone... tend to believe them as they are a small local bank.

At first, I answered and argued, they were happy to argue back.  The more I argued and answered the phone, the more they called.  The kernel of info that I got from the person was something to the effect that I used a gift card or sent in for a rebate or something, which had happened, and that is what got me on their list.

Since then, if the number is out of local area code, I don't answer, shoot it straight to voicemail, seems to slow their frequency of calls to about 2 a day.  I've been told that if you have a land line, plug it into a fax machine and the fax answering will take you off the auto-dial list.

Like others have said, report to the FCC, that will hurt them the most at the end of the day.  Also, I suggest calling your state and fed elected officials and letting them know of the harassment.  For all we know what they are doing is allowed by law.

Was getting calls every 10 mins today from 978-570-2091.

Tried saying I was not there, had been fired, and no habla Englais, none of which worked.  Next time I answered, waited the 6 or 7 seconds for the robot to connect the boiler room, and when they started speaking I played them Mary Had A Little Lamb using the keypad.  

They quit calling.

These people keep calling, need to quit.

I too have received these calls, the last one about 10 mins ago. After reading this post I have called the FTC and reported them also. I also called to have the card cancelled and a replacement issued. I would advise this to all. We all have to have a common denominator somewhere.

Wow....been reading through all the posts about these numbers...I've been harassed by this company (whatever it is) for like 2 years now.  The latest call happened today from 978-570-2091.  The one before from 978-570-2084.....and before that 603-214-3313.  They ask for someone named Lou each and every time and I repeatedly tell them 'take me off your calling list', 'this isn't his number', 'stop calling me', 'gfy' (i was getting really irriated at some points).  The last few times I tried to get the business' name and the callers just hang up on me!

I get tons of unwanted calls from this number on my cell.

i got 25 calls yesterday and 17 today i told them i dont speak english in spanish that stoped the calls for that day but the next day i tried to do the same thing and a spanish speaking person called me. the next day after about 15 calls i ansered and went off on them told them there would be extreme actions taken by me it actually stopped them for the rest of the day im sure i will hear from them tomarrow. i guess i will just keep messing with them. the diffrent language thing worked for a second till they found out what language i was speaking im gonna try just making words up see how they find a translater for that. i guess i will just keep screwing with them when i have the time it is very annoying but it was slightly entertaining to confuse them. hopefully someone will eventually figure out how to stop them till then i will just continue messing with them.

caller uses another no. 603-214-3330, same foreign voice on line. 1st phone ID says Buyers Club, then 2nd says IDTheftProt.??  Out of Wilmington Mass.  Ask for 'David', not me.

Getting calls also non atop also getting calls non stop from a different # 6-032-144-3348 this started the same time the other and has the same behaviors. The number starting with 6 is out of country, must be a scam. Don't ever give your cc to anyone, even if they say you one a jackpot and they want to transfer the funds it is a scam and will wipe out your bank account. What is interesting is just after the call from 978-570-2091 I received a text message saying I won a walmart card. I won't answer the calls and it must be a telemarketer. I have also been getting anonymous calls and I will never answer these either.

Called 3xs this morning already. Called back got automated system sayin if I wanted 2 be placed on they're do not call list press 1. I did and it said thank you and disconected

I've received about 100 calls from these guys in the past two weeks and just submitted a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

Several calls from the same general number with last 2 digits varying but same garbage about my credit card. Even called when I was in Seattle at 8:45am Eastern Time, woke me up out of a sound sleep at 5:45 am. Someone else called 15 minutes later same stuff - both people talking very loudly, excitedly, & nonstop where I had to scream above them to tell them to shut up & leave me alone.  A coworker staying in the next hotel room heard me fussing at them.  I complained to credit card company which supposedly put a stop to it but I got another one that afternoon & I've gotten 3 more today.  Now I just hang up without answering when that area code calls me, not wasting my cellphone minutes on them.  They never leave voicemail.

What kind of carriers do you all have? I have verizon and I am having the same prob! And what kind of phone do you have? The new Droid?

I have recieved 26 calls in 1 1/2 days.  I looked up the area cose and it was in Mass.  I don't answer numbers I don't know because of the number of things I have heard about scammers charging you some high amount of money if you answer.  Don't know who it is but it is really p****** me off!!!

They have called me every 15 mins. I picked up after the 12th time they called. They wanted to verify our mailing address. They kept calling another 5 or 6 times every 5 mins after I told them to stop.

I have gotten 8 calls from this number in 1 day!!!  Today I have already received 5 and it is only 10:30AM

i have to agree with everyone else. they call at odd hours and don't stop. its doesnt matter what you tell them, they just dont stop calling. even more, i dont know who they are or why they have my infor because they wont tell me any information. it is hard enough to hear them between static, other voices, and the thick accent but they are not willing to communicate with me. its really just scary and i hate that they are harassing me. i dont know what i did because the only people i buy from are stores and amazon.com. any similarities? Please let me know so i can find the root of this and get it taken care of. thanks!

this phone number has called my cell every 20 minutes for the last 2 days.  Twice i picked up and it was some foreign accent i could barely understand and twice i said "do not call again".
