wait til you need medication that is not generic and see if you like them... If you don't choose to use your benefits you will pay full price for you medicine through the pharmacy.

Calls from this number are legitimate call from Express Scripts.  My employer forces all employees to use Express Scripts for maintenance medications and every time one of my prescriptions runs out, I receive at least three calls usually two weeks apart from this number begging me to submit a prescription for a refill.

please use caution, if it was legit they would not ask you to verify birthdate! I truelly doubt they have it until you give it to them. call your insurance company and ask if they gave out your personal info, truth be told they didnt and if they did FILE A COMPLAINT!!!

This number called me 13 times in a 3 hr period. had to call back 2 times to get to a real person. They wanted me to verify my birthdate, I asked them how they got my personal info and they said my insurance company. I told the lady that was a lie, HEPA laws forbid  them to do such a thing. I asked that my number be removed from their list and she hung up on me. The insurance company said they would NEVER give away personal info, if I get another call, REPORT THEM! Hope this helps others who think its legit!

When they asked for date of birth I hung up first time. Second time they called I did nothing and waited to see what they would do. Eventually they hung up. Thought if it were my insurance carrier they would have identified themselves properly. Whoever Expres Scripts is they aren't my health insurance folks.

got a pre-recorded call from this number (listed on my caller i.d. as express-scripts) asking for personal info (date of birth etc.).  when i called back, a man answered the phone.  when i asked if i'd reached express-scripts, he hung up.

please be aware that there is technology available to "spoof" caller i.d. i.e., forward "express-scripts" on caller i.d. from someone NOT from express-scripts.

i called express-scripts directly and they have no record of contacting us, nor is there any reason at this time for them to do so.

beware, and never give out personal info over the phone unless you have contacted the company and are sure of who you're talking to.

This was actually a legitimate message from express scripts which is a mail order pharm company. Our company wants me to use them instead of my local pharmacy. The benefits are the same whether I use them or not so - no way.

I received a call from 978-605-1740, identified on my caller ID as coming from Express Scripts, who is my Prescription Drug supplier, asking for my date of birth. The caller told me that they needed it to identify me as they could not locate me in their data  base. All of the mail I receive from Express Scripts shows my date of birth so I was suspicious and hung up. I called that number back and the person said something unintelligable and hung up. When I tried again I received a whole lot of what I took to be Spanish.  I checked with Express Scripts and was told that the call had not originate from them.

I just received a call from 978-605-1740 on my cellphone, they left a message and it was from ExpressScripts which is the prescription group my employer provided insurance subscribes to.  They must be making some changes or enhancements to our coverage as they wanted to provide me with information.  I haven't called back yet.
