Prime Therapeutics, mail order pharmacy calling to let someone in the household know that their RX by mail was filled and shipped. This is legit. They are the mail order pharmacy for Blue Cross Blue Shield in my area and for my plan. For patient privacy purposes, the caller ID does not show their name, just number.
