received the e-mail from Alicia Roy threatening an Arrest Warrant. In my research, they are using a search and seizure form for these fake government papers they send. Print the page out, you will see faded black behind most places and that tells you they have been whitened out for each specific person. Also they are using the same case # for several people.
If you look up AO 93 (Rev. 12/09) which is printed at the top left of these fake papers, you will find the official form. I also looked up some of the seizure reports and they are for people from Iran or Iraq, wherever that had guns, money, all kinds of information that was seized. THIS IS DEFINETLY A SCAM, DO NOT RESPOND OR ACKNOWLEDGE THESE PEOPLE. I think person, Alicia Roy is Mike Anderson, John Sullivan and who knows who else

My response to them:
Forwarded this email to my attorney who suggested that I also forward it to the States Attorney because I have no idea of where or who this is coming from and I am afraid that this is something of identity theft. I am sure that you will be hearing from both offices on y behalf in the near future.

I received an email from Alica Roy. With an arrest warrant attached. I'm going to report this to the police also. It's crazy that these people are able to do this. I've received calls on my cell phone and work phone. I'm luck that I have a boss that has received the same type of scam and knows that I have done nothing wrong. We all know that the police would have visited each one of us by if a crime had been commited. I have been receiving threats like this for the pass 3 or 4 years. They stop for awhile then start back up again. I will continue to report them as long as they continue to call and email. I hope everyone else will do the same. Have a great day!!!

I also received this email today, after receiving a phone call at my work and on my cell phone late last week. When I asked what the charges were about, she had no idea and wanted to transfer me to someone else, so I hung up. I could tell it was a scam! Then I got this email today... on my work email address! Not cool. I hope someone finds and stops these people.

I got an email from Alicia Roy with an arrest warrant I instantly knew it was a fake but the fact that there are people out there that will stoop soo low for money is ridiculous. Don't send emails to people like that it's going to get them curious and investigate period

I received to emails from these Ronnie Wilson and Alicia Roy. Here's my response I hope that you guys like it!!
Ms. Alicia Roy & Mr. Ronnie Wilson,
I have forwarded a copy of this arrest warrant over to the Proper Authorities to find out whether this is LEGAL Documentation. After their investigation I do believe that CHARGES WILL BE BROUGHT AGAINST YOU AND THE COMPANY.
harges may consist of:
1- Impersonation of Clerk Of Court
2- Forgery
3- Embezzlement
4- Falsification of Court Documents
5- Unauthorized use U.S. Government Seals
As I've stated to Ms. Roy, provide me with PROPER DOCUMENTION from your company or the company in which you are attempting to collect funds for, then I will be more than happy in speaking with either one of you. But until then I've reported YOU to my local authorities, and next I will contact the State of TEXAS District Attorney's Office and Law Enforcement Agencies in Hopes of finding, capturing, and incarnation of the both of you.
Have a GREAT DAY!!

I got one too, but his old girlfriend is probably not to blaim. This is a scam and not a very good one. Arrest warrents are not sent through e-mail. She probably tried to ge a loan through the internet and that is where these paople get the information. Notice the warrent does not include what distric is being represted, nor the state. The case number should ahve the year in it and the official seeal looks like it was drawn by a kid with a crayon.

I went off on this people so tough. I said I was turning them in to the police for false representation of a federal agency. I told her how are you with state agency and you have an aol email. Who is this company that you allegedly say I owe. She couldn't tell me any information. I said you not even ready. She put someone else on the phone. I booked him to and told him let me talk to your manager. He started saying no one else can talk to you, you are a criminal. I said no I found y'all out. Don't call me and try to bully me. You don't want me to talk to anyone because y'all are found out. Goodbye. Don't give them a quarter.

Ignore it. Warrants are not served by e-mail. Total scam. Warrants are served by law enforcement personnel and issued by judges. Period.
Someone's trying to scam someone else over something.
This is a scam being run out of India. See: http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/US-Loan-Lenders/Caldwell-Texas/US-Loan-Lenders-Department-of-Crime-Prevention-Phoned-and-tried-to-tell-me-I-was-being-1123606

My boyfriend received a arrest warrant on his gmail account today and the number 979-200-7975 was on it. His old girlfriends name was on the "warrant" and she has harassed him in the past. What would you advise us to do?
