979-399-5695 call and will not leave a message.  They call constantly.  It uses my minutes on cell and won't leave me alone.  I added the phone number to my "reject list" on my cell phone.  I still get charged for the call on minutes but I don't have to hear it ring now.

Looking at the phone list of other 979 numbers, there are about three more numbers with the 399 exchange that all seem to be generated out of Hempstead, Texas.  This jerks can kiss my ...well, you get the message. These are boiler room credit scammers who need to be reported to the FTC.
