PLEASE BE AWARE that these people are a SCAM!!!! Trying to scam good people like you and me out of our hard earned money!!! They have been calling me for months with different names, phone numbers and different "law" departments! I guess they think that if they change their names and numbers I will not recognize them for the skeevy, liying, kniving, SOB b*****ds they are!!!  I got a call today from a Mike Davis, funny how Mike has a deep Indian/middle eastern accent but his name is such a good old American name!!!! HILARIOUS!!!  

Please report these people to the United States FBI scam department in the FBI's web site.

***Do not fall for this SCAM*** You will not be arrested, you will just be paying SCAMMERS money for nothing you owe!!!

If you want pay back..... ask them or call them back and ask (if its even a good number):

- where the account you owe money is from? ((they will say they can't provide that information over the phone and you will find out in court. AS IF!!!))

- who is the original issuer of the money you owe? ((they will give you the run around or make up some bull, sometimes they will come up with a company you have borrowed from **just call the original company if you can't remember if you paid them**))

- where are they (the caller) located? ((they won't give you an answer or it will be fake, google it... $20bucks says it is fake!!!))

- ask for the caller's company address for example to send payment? ((again they will have no answer, they will want payment over the phone with a card, bank account, or for you to send a money order... DO NOT SEND PAYMENT NOR GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR BANK!!!))

- ask for a manager? ((the caller will tell you he's the manager or put you on hold and put someone else *if you listen carefully its the same person changing their voice*... you have no idea how many times I've pissed them off bc I catch them and call them out on it))

Believe me they fluster and stumble upon their own lies when you ask all these questions since they have no good answers!!!!  I have had a operator go all the way and curse at me, say most of the vulgar things I have ever heard to me and some can't even hang up the phone until you hang up so they get mad if you don't hang up and keep pestering them with questions!!!

I got a call from this number today.  I have never seen this number, but I just applied for an auto loan a week back. I wonder if it has anything to do with that..... I didnt answer the call, but now that I am armed with information, I plan on answering next time.    Did anyone else recenlty apply for credit?

A person will call you and say that you owe a business money.  This is a scam and they are trying to get you tosend them a settlement that id false.  They will have all of your information even your social security number.  Do not give them any money.. F***

Just received a call from 979-859-4760.  The man left a very threatening voicemail, said that there was legal action being taken against me and that the police from my area would be coming to my house or job to arrest me on a warrant for some unspecified crime.  He did not give a company name, he claimed his name was "Jonathan Knight", but his accent was so thick he had to speak very slowly to get the message out  (these people are really very stupid, leaving a voicemail like this - it's being turned over to the FBI and my local sheriff's department today - right!).  I don't owe anyone anything and I have a lot of family in law enforcement that would love to get their hands on these people!

I have received calls from this number as well and they have threaten me with being arrested at my job and that I owe  $3,327.00 and that I need to have this money by Friday, May 27, 2011. I could not understand what they was saying. I had one man calling me saying that he is Officer Greg Martin and another collector by the name of Michael Davis. Greg Martin gave me this number 979-859-4760 and Michael Davis gave me 979-859-4760 ext. 209. A co-worker immediately told me to call the local FBI. If these people are scamming us, I really pray that they are punished for their crimes.

The same man contacted me and said he was getting me fire from my job and going to have the police come to my work or home and have me thown in jail for 7 years

yeah Robert Marshall called me today and said I was going to jail tomorrow at my job.He said I would get fired if I did not give a restitution of $987. I had no idea what he was talking about and he did sound Indian or Pakistani or something.

These people just started calling my cell phone yesterday.. When they called they couldn't say pronounce my name... They sound like they could be Indian... I told them they had the wrong number.. They don't even leave a message on my phone... When they call I don't answer.. Beware they are fake.. I have no idea why they are calling me but they can go to hell..

Got a call from a Robert Marshall asking for the husband of an ex employee.  They tried to say they weren't a creditor, but worked for the US Marshalls and they were going to send someone to "visit me".  I told him to bring it on.

I have been dealing w/ these people for over 1 yr. They call my HR dept  & my boss. They say they are w/ the FBI & state that ame thing that they are telling you. I calle dthe FBI & they ar every aware of this scam. These people are not even in the USA.The FBI advised me to tell them to come & get me. I told then that I reported them to Homeland Security & the FBI, they let up for 4 mths. Now I just ignore them.

They threatened to have me arrested on my job and said i would be prosecuted for a debt i have no clue of.

The person threatening me said I was being prosecuted.

I also received a call from this number threatening me with legal action about a debt I know nothing about.  I have never taken out a payday loan, and am not entirely sure how they got my information... but they have it so... These people are hoping to scare you into giving them money you might not even owe.  The tactics they are using are illegal.  Do not give in, get and much information as you can and file a complaint.  That's what I am doing, and the next time they call (as i am sure they will) I am going to tell them just that.

They called me talkin some nonsense about owing a debt from 3 years ago......then had the audacity to threaten to send the police up to my job and arrest me if I didn't pay the debt in full.These people are downright SCANDALOUS!!I hope someone can arrest them instead,those big jack***es!

These people call from 10 different phone number San Antnio Texas, Oakland,CA,  LosAngeles, CA and now this number.   How can this be stopped?
