980-254-8962 has called my cellphone two times.  I was charged for 5 minutes because of the message he left  (which I could not understand).  Can we stop this?

im getting calls from numbers i dont know

I just received this voice mail on my cell phone.  I do not know this number and hope that they do not call again because I have to pay for my calls.

Ok, this actually is a phone number for AT&T voicemail, (look at your phone's Voicemail settings if you have att.)
Doesnt mean some ingenious (using term loosely) isnt using that number to make prank calls. If you receive one i would call atts tech dept and let them look into it..bet they can take care of!

Just got off the phone with AT&T customer service about this issue. They went back into my call history and can not find this number even though I just received several calls from it. The rep also stated that their mail box number ends in 1 not the two displayed from caller id. Blocking the number will be your best bet and will not effect Voicemail Msgs.

Received a call at 4;45 AM awaking me from a sound sleep. Disconnected before I could answer. Calls at this hour can be frightening and possibly a family emergency.

The SCAM number 1-631-755-5542 was calling my number wanting to know about a family member when that stopped then 1-980-254-8962 is now calling sounds like an arab man when I call it back its a voicemail wanting my pass word. It has to be a SCAM number TOO why don't people get a JOB.

I have a tracfone cell phone.  This is the number that is sent to me to call them back to retrieve any voicemail message that has been left for me.

When you call your voice mail (or at least when I do), this is the number that comes up as if I dialed it.
My waiting voice mails come on etc etc......

I have never gotten a call from this number~only shows up that I dialed (when I called voice mail).
If you are for sure getting calls from this number, you may want to talk to your phone company about it.....or block it if for sure it has nothing to do with your voice mail.

I am only a young teen and I am getting messages from this number and phone calls.  When you say it is an ATT voice mail, do you mean it was a voice mail for you from ATT  or was it a person at this number leaving a voice message through ATT service?

This female left a voicemail on my cell yesterday. Asked that I not call her home at 5 am as it was disturbinng her entire family. I am asleep at 5 am.

Someone keeps calling my cell from this number.

this number callee my phone but hung up after two rings, when i went to call it back, figuring it was my friend because i live in nc, it was not listed in my recieved calls. i thought that was weird but i forgot about it for awhile. then yesterday i was looking at why my phone had been using so many minutes when im not even calling anyone and it said i called my voicemail over and over and over about ten times a day. when i looked at the times some of them hadnt even happened yet. then i looked at my voicemail number and it was 9802548962!! and before it was my phone number. so whoever the person or company is they changed my voicmail to their number when they called.

Call from 980-254-8962 No Name, tried to return the call to find out who, but get message to me

this perso's buddy stole my phone - the male child who ansered the number is in "school" as i had to pay him 50$ to get my phone back and was able to get a few details from him.

I got a phone call this a.m. from this number, saying I had a voice mail. Not knowing the #, I looked it up on here and found this site. Has anyone been able to do anything about this person?
