I too received the same message. Logged into website www.onidaadvertising.com. first it asks for mobile number and on entering it a register button is displayed ..it says something like :
 Your mobile number is selected as part of advertising campaign conducted by Ondia ..enter following details .. there are text boxes asking for information of address.
