This is still going around, only one of the numbers has changed. Instead of 219-670-4111, it's 773-503-7663. The bogus "removal" number is now 855-595-3761. Different numbers, same scam.

Junk fax looking for scrap metal. Claims to be from M&M Recovery. The fax lists two numbers, this one and 219-670-4111. Bogus "removal" number listed is 866-599-1150.
