I just got a phone call from 996-343-1202.  I didn't answer it because I didn't recognize it.  They also left no voice-mail.  I think it's a scam.

I got 2 calls from this number. At first it is quiet and then it clicks over to a dial tone then a ring and a guy with an accent asks for Patrick. I tell him no Patrick here. Take me off their list and then he asks if I know Patrick then do I want a grant. It seems that he is trying to make the call last longer as if to run up the bill. I hung up and blocked the number again for about the third time.

He called to ask me about grant money. I knew it was a scam when he asked for my credit card information to pay for a small fee in order to get access to an exclusive website.

No one was there when I answered.  I have been absolutely drowning in calls regarding diabetes.  I'm having my number changed.

Same here but we've answered, and the caller says the want to know if anyone here is diabetic. I have explained about five times that no one here is diabetic. They never stop calling though, at least twice a week.

I HAD A CALL FROM A PERSON THAT HE HAD KNOWN ME FROM COLLEGE. I HAD NOT GONE TO COLLEGE BACK IN 1007 TO 2008 WAS THE LAST TIME I HAVE GONE THERE. I DON'T LIKE PEOPLE TO SAY THINGS AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME. I DON'T LIKE THAT KIND OF CALLS.

996-343-1202 and 876-416-0717 are calling our cable phone which is not listed in the phone books. Unable to block them! They have a definite, thick accent that is hard to understand. They do know where the ones that they are calling  lives and they will tell you so. Scary!!  DO NOT ANSWER THESE CALLS.

Had a "HealthCare Call" over an hour ago. He said his name is Rick, with your healthcare. That was strange as I was just talking with my insurance people. It was NOT them!!  This person spoke with an accent and when I kept asking his name he FINALLY called me an IDIOT.  We have gotten scammers before (weeks ago) saying that we had won a million dollars or 5 million dollars and that we need to go to WalMart to purchase a $500 card  to send them to cover the taxes. Yeah, really like I'm a dummy!  They talked for so long, I finally hung up.  Got another call about 10 minutes ago, the person saying that he was George Washington (bad choice of names) and that he is the CEO of the Bank of America. My ploy is always that I cannot hear them clearly, have them repeat, repeat repeat until one of us gets tired!!! Tried blocking both the 996-343-1202 and the 876-416-0717 and our cable company is unable to block it.  Could be because it is OUT OF THE COUNTRY!! If you ask them where they are calling from, if they say NeeVeeda, you know where Las Vegas is located, be very suspicious.  They don't know about Kennebunkport and Maine, either. Have fun, but never devulge any info. . .they are probably reading this online! ! !

Forgot to mention that we never filled out any surveys online.

Do not give this company any information.  They called saying we filled out a survey on www.healthcare.com and that needed to speak with us. Also gave me a date as to when we filled it out.  They tried to sound professional saying that they have our address too but she had it wrong.  Scam and they barely speak English. Won't stop calling even when I threatened harrassment charges.

Received ANOTHER call from 996 343 1202 on our land line @ 9:10am PDT.  Once again, did not answer it.

I also received a call from 996-343-1202 call my name and hug up. I try to call back line was busy . asked my wife she said this # called few time asking for you. checked the area code find out it,s country of Kyrgystan , all the way in Russia .I do not know any one over there .any one has the same strange call like me.

Received second call 10 min ago.  No one there.

Just received a call from 996 343 1202 on our home land line.  Didn't answer it.  Looked up the number and it's the area (calling) code from the country of Kyrgystan.  Hope they don't call back!

keeps calling when I answer the phone there is no sound no one talks

996-343-1202 called my mobile.  Silence when I first answered, then some guy started laughing (it sounded like a dolphin actually, LOL).  He had an Middle Eastern accent and through his laughter, asked for my ex that has not used my number for about 5 years.  More laughter as I informed him he had the wrong number.  A few more seconds of laughter and the line disconnected.  ?????WTH?????
