Its Toyota. I set up my payment every month and sometimes, it may fall a few days after the due date but well within the 10 day grace before a penalty hits.  They start harassing the day after a payment is "late".  Why have a freaking grace period and why even bother letting people set up a payment online. When I do decide to answer, they tell me they see my payment set up in the system. WTF! Then why call me. I had a loan with Wells Fargo and as long as I set up my payments online, i never heard from them.  Last time i finance with TOYOTA!

It is definitely Toyota Financial. I love both of my toyotas, but the worst decision I ever made was to finance them both through toyota financial. They seriously call you if you're one day late (oversight), and call 18x/day from 18 different numbers! They don't care if it's day or night, call your work even though you never gave it to them, then when you go online to schedule a payment they continue to call until that date!!!!!!! Seriously?! It's scheduled, why call at 7am and bug me til 10pm!!!!!!!! NEVER FINANCE THROUGH TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!

I don't own a Toyoya but have been recieving numerous calls a day and am using a call blocker. They may be a generic debt collector. I've got to admit I have 3 boys in college, and not everything gets paid on time, but does get paid. I'm assuming their calling to harras my wife and I into paying something we might be behind on, but we won't give them the pleasure of answering, and potentially putting our numbers on other call lists.

I believe this is Toyota Motor Credit. I paid my note online and they're still calling me. If I would have know how stupidly and ignorant they conduct business, I would not have purchased anything from Toyota!

It is Toyota and they are a pain in the neck. They called me and I told them I had my payment set up to pay automatically on the 8th of the month. They called at least 5 times a day for 5 days and I gave them the SAME answer everytime. They even called me on the day the payment came out of my bank account wanting to know when it would be paid. After I told the moron it had already cleared my bank and he checked and confirmed it was paid. He said that was on a different screen. Hey how about looking on the different screen before you bother me again. I will NEVER own another Toyota just because of these idiots.

THIS IS TOYOTA & THEY HAVE OVER 60 DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS. I HAVE NEVER ANSWERED NOT ONE TIME BUT THEY KEEP CALLING EVEN WHEN PAYMENTS WERE MADE ON TIME.

Several calls from this number.  If it is toyota financial, they have several private unknown numbers they are using.  Not sure why.  If you're within rights and you are sincere, then treat people with respect and leave a professional message.  State who you are and the nature of your call and leave an educated civil message.  What's so hard about it?  Why harass anyone and waste their time and yours.  That's where they are losing money.

Got a call from this number on Sat 12/29/07 2:27pm.  I didn't pick up.  They didn't leave a message.  It could be Toyota Financial Services, because I have a car loan thru them.  Yikes!
