I recieved a call from Officer John Wright stating he had my name and social and a affidavitt against me. Foreign accent, the number I was told to call back was 909-451-0941. I was alarmed until I googled his name and found this site. I hope he calls again because he is gonna get cussed out!!!!

I also have gotten calls from someone saying they are from the office of Officer John Wright.  They also called my employer and were harasing both me and my employer.

This number just called my job, left a message with someone i dont know, claiming to be an officer Jack White, i guess this will be another report to the FTC

I just filed a formal complaint against them with the Federal Trade Commission.

John Smith from United Financial Crime Department left a message at home. He said that Jess Droel  (I could not understand his message he has very thick accent) owe their company and  she used my name as reference.He said that I will be liable to pay that loan. If I don't return his call, he threatend to take legal action agianst me. I did not return the call but I saved the message. Is this a scam?
First of all, I don't know Jess Droel. Secondly, I only give references to my  family and close friends.

It works well for honest telemarketers - the photography studios and department stores that use to call me have stopped.  But the law does not apply to charities, even the fake ones that spend 95% of every donation on fund raising.  It does not apply to politicians.  The scammers routinely break the law.  But they move often and are hard to catch.

I have received the same type of call stating that they were from the Bearu of Crime Investigations that we are going to be sued that they have our bank account numbers and other personal info that they are going to sue us an I am going to jail this is a big scam and the best thing to do is to not engage with them at all they want you to pay them If it is a lagitamate debt then they are required by law under the Fair Credit Act to notify you in writing.  They will not give you any identifying information.  There is really nothing that you can do because you cannot trace the calls.  Good luck.  Cut all conversation with them.  they will eventually stop calling.

How can I stop these calls?????   Now the company name they are using is ULN and John was the name of the person who called. What or who is ULN? They keep calling my work when I answer I tell them that "Pam no longer works here" but they STILL keep calling.

This company has been calling my work for months stating they have a judgement against
my SS#.Today they called 30 times in 15 minutes asking coworkers for my phone # and SS info.

Yes...I received a call today at work from an Officer John Wright stating the same thing...law suit being filed against me if I don't return the call to resolve this issue.  And that my SS# is on hold with the US government.  I'm getting very agitated with these types of phone calls.  I'm going to try to contact the Attorney General of my state to see if this can be stopped!!

I received the same call fro Officer John Wright Saying the same thing that a law suit was being filed against me and they had my social security number on hold with the US government. Said i would go to jail if i didnt call back. PLEASE this is a scam for sure!!

Officer Mark Brow called with frghtening calls, and Jeff Morgan also.

They say they have my name and social security number. That my address is being investigated. He called himself Officer Mark Brown. One guy called me by the name fo Jeff Morgan   wanted to know if I had a lawyer. I want these calls to stop.

I received a call from "officer Jack White" from United Financial Crime Dept. The use other names and phone numbers, I know this is the same person that keeps calling using other names and the heavy indian accent is ridiculous.  They say a law suit has been filed against my name and SS# by the U.S. Government (please, you terrorists give me a break).  The call back # they say is 206-245-2639.  I think these people need to start looking over their shoulder, my bloodhounds are on their trail.

A lady by the name of Officer Anna Watson called the United Financial Crime Department. She mentioned that she had my name last four of social security #. She sounded like she reading from a script and of coarse the accent was there. I told her that i never heard of them and she tried to play nice role saying I owed 850 from a payday loan i received i asked her what proof do u have that i owe this. She replied by telling me that i have 3 charges being filed against me and that if i don't pay i will be going to jail and have to pay about 5,000 dollars. As we say in the IT WORLD nothing private on the internet just beware of snake! Oh yeah so i called the number back and got someone that couldn't even speak English well. At first she didn't know who i was asking for but then the fake Anna Watson answered and we played hard ball with each other im ready to go toe to toe. BEWARE OF THE SNAKES!!

I have been getting these phone calls for a few months. Every time the callers have very heavy accents and are rude saying that I took out a loan and if I don't pay it back then I feel face punishment. They have all of my personal info and I have no idea how they got it. If anyone can tell me what I can do I would very much appreciate it. They callers name this time was Officer Jennifer Wilson. One time I asked if I could speak with someone who didn't have such a heavy accent and if I could speak with a supervisor, a person with an even heavier accent got on the phone and was very rude and saying I was a criminal and I took out a loan that I didn't want to pay back.

I have been recieving phone calls from these idiots for the past 2 or 3 months and it is always the same 3 voices with different numbers and names. I have contacted the FTC and the missouri Attorney Generals office on these stupid idiots. They have also been calling two of my co-workers at my job I realized it was them right of the batt. The Attorney Generals office said if they call and you talk to them you just need to tell them you have contacted the Attorney Generals office and you know they are a scam and to please stop calling you. They said because the scammers are using some kind of phone device that gives out random phone numbers they are having trouble locating these b*****ds but they are working on tracking them down. It is just going to take awhile. So just keep repeating that message any time you talk to these a-- holes.

For two years now I keep getting call's, and am told they have all my personal information, they use several different numbers, but all barely speak english and threatened that i would be arrested for fraud, I asked them to fax me the information, on what company i owe and defrauded, and an amount, in writing.... They got more angry and refused, and started verbal abuse.  I think Cash advance sell's the list of people who have ever taken or inquired about recieving a pay day loan, and then these idiots start harrassing, they must be making money some how, because they are still in business, I would hope before any one ever sends money to these non americans that they check and make sure its not a scam.  This number is a scam!  Please report them!

FRAUD -  I just received a call from some moron who can't speak English, he was looking for my ex-girlfriend. He said his name was officer John Wright, personally, I think Poon-jab is his real name.

About 3 months ago, I had 3 calls in less then 90 minutes, they were hilarious! I had him so worked up and angry with me. the calls were filled with lots of insults and swearing..and making comments about his Momma and more insults about eating steak for dinner..he finally hung up on me.'
