I have a schedule already,I will like you to know that you will not be responsible for shipping, i will have my mover come over as soon as  you have comfirm my payment

I received this email in response to my craigslist ad. the email address was morrisjames098@gmail.com and he claimed his name is Peace Marcus. Here is the email he sent me. Reading the above comments, I know this is definitely a scam now. Thank you people for sharing your experiences.

I google him because it seemed like a generic scam email.  Most of the time you can tell a scam on craigslist just by looking at their grammar.  Most of these idiots don't know how to write proper English.

Again, no name or phone number, but same exact script.

i havent even been on the phone yet, he responded to my craigslist ad minutes after it posted like you all said saying he was interested.  i promptly replied and left my cell number.  then for the hell of it i googled him, looks like that was the right idea.  i will see if he even calls.

I just got the same email, only his name is ruffy moore. from WA.... I just emailed him back to tell him the gig was up.. He was trying to scam me out of a 6000 dollar hyperbaric chamber. MF'er. Thank God for this site or I may have fell for it.

I too just received and e-mail about my quad on craigslist from this person but the name they were under is rose single. this is what theye-mailed me

i just got the same scam form a craigs list ad for an apartment!  Watch out!

H e-mailes my son who is a minor about a dirt bike saying he would send a broker down with the money to pick up the bike. he sent approx. 10 e-mails to my son I then told him he needed to stop immed. He goes by the name Chad Soloman I beleive out of NY

This guy is a scam artist. He uses a phone based out of seattle washington and uses the name Wayne Yong wayne1.1yong@gmail.com watch out for this one he will scam you with a cashiers check that will clear and long after you send items the check will bounce and you will lose! Tried this trick on me through craigs list and it did not work so beware.

I received an email from a person trying to buy an item from me on  craigslist that used this number as a callback number. they insist that they want my item and can only pay with a check sent to me via there mover. they say they are from Nevada and my item is in sacramento. I had another item for sale and they also had interest. I searched there ip address and it came back as used to send scam email. the name used was Johnson
