This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

They have called me too!!! They called from lunch time until 9:00 pm and never left a message.

Just tried the opt out by calling them back...hope it works.

Three time this week --calls from this number.  I don't answer because I don't recognize the number.  After reading these reports I'm glad I didn't and won't in the future.  Can there be a stop to this?  I've had other calls in the past from other numbers==disgusting!

i called back took my number off this so called list?! should take 24 to 72hrs to be removed?! will see about that......

Dear God. I've gotten around 4 or 5 calls in the past two days,
and before that, it was "BAHAMAS CRUISE" calling me multiple times a day. I don't answer them and reading this, I'm glad I didn't.

I get 2 calls a day on my cell and 2 on my home phone from this phone #. I've never answered it, but when I call it back it says opt out service. How do I stop this?

I get calls from this number as well, and also from SURVEY4CRUISE. Internet search shows they are the same company and may also call under the ids: CNS RCH, Tacoma, WA, 253-753-9179. I've definitely seen calls on my id from that last number. I just signed up for comcast and have only given the landline number to one person. Pretty sure comcast has sold me out..... the internet account they gave me is already full of spam, also. Yuck.

Got call about 15 min ago. Was out, came and saw it. No message was left.

called 4-5 times this week and did not leave any massages, I also received a phone call from  1-458-201-0161.

if you call it back they have an auto opt out that automatically plays when you call. If you don't want them to call you back, do the auto opt-out. I was getting calls daily and after I did the opt-out they have stopped calling me.

Got a call from 206-445-6133. I answered it right away but the other side kept quiet about 10 seconds and then hung up.

Yes indeed, they are telemarketers hiding in a boiler room.

I LITERALLY just got my phone yesterday, NEW number and phone and they called me today. Didn't leave a message. Thats really sad that they are already calling me on my new number. I don't know how they got it because only a few of my close friends and family have it right now. Wtf? I'm guessing its a telemarketer.

This same number kept calling me also, I think that they have another number also that starts with a #4, it is trying to convince you to take a survey for a cruise to the Bahamas. DON'T  DO IT!

I just received a call from this number on my cell phone. I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer.
I thought it may be a friend of mine, but that friend doesn't live in washington. So I clicked a link that said others are getting calls from this number. They didn't leave a message, and I hope they don't call back.

I dialed the number and it connected to an opt out automated recording. I followed the instructions, they only ask to enter their number that called you and your telephone number. I am currently trying to find out if their automated 'opt out' instructions are legit.

The dumb spammers are spoofing a disconnected number. It just show's how desperate they've become.

Why haven't the phone companies disconnected this spammer's account?

Same as you folks--get a call from this number, sometimes multiple times per day, no message left. Also have seen the 458 number mentioned in a previous post. Getting ridiculous. How do you stop it?

same thing except I am on Skype,  Also receive the same call on my cell phone.  they just call every number from 1 to 9999 for all prefix 1 to 999 in all area codes 1 to 999 it is automated.  Nothing more than harassment.

Have had several calls but no message. I finally blocked their number!   Annoying!

I think it is a trick by the IRS to see if they can contact you. My exhusband passed a year ago, and left a lot of unpaid taxes for his business. I started getting letters this week from the IRS, and the calls started this week.  They are calling an unlisted, unpublished number given to me by the govt agency I work for. The only entity I have given the number to is Walgreens.  
To coincidental to be anything else.  They don't leave a message, and call at very late hours considering I am on central time.
Think about it folks..  if they can get you on the phone to answer questions for a 'free cruise', they are probably also asking things like an address to send you stuff
