Received a call from 409-291-7448 , said he was Dave Taylor from SMS...very rude...says he was returning a call....then said he talked to owner few days ago! WRONG!!....To all Telemarketers  the "Gate Keepers" of all businesses, if good will not fall for your lies, jokes, best friend routine, get over it....find another profession

Every morning/afternoon for the past few weeks these people have been calling us...mostly guys with a midwest accent...I told them over and over that I am the ONLY one in the office and no one had ever talked with our owner or had ever met with him or set up an appt. with him, etc.  Yesterday, I ripped the guy a new one and told them not to call back and today I got a different guy..when I went over everything with him he got very rude with me and I told him I would report them to the BBB, etc.  He said they would not be calling again...this is over the top...they call from an Idaho number, but the guy I spoke to today said he was in Oregon and couldn't even pronounce Oregon correctly.  So, I will be doing everything I can to report this company and get them shut down.

They call our engineering firm several times a day.  I tell them everyday to remove our name from their list.  It is so frustrating. If ANYONE finds a way to end this, please let me know!!!  I answer many phone lines that are very busy and it is so frustrating to put one of our actual customers on hold, to pick up, yet again, another call from their office!

Gentleman called (with a southern accent) and asked for the owner of the business...........or any partners..............would not say what he wanted with the owner...........when I asked if there was anything I could help with, he said "No, I need to talk with the owner or partner"............(he had a southern accent)............looked the number up as I was suspicious that it was a solicitation call............he said that he would just call back tomorrow...........came across caller ID as SMS (208-629-5198).............I'll be watching for this.............

Had a call from Brian Johnson at this number. He said he was from the Mindy Yundt Company. Again the same number with a different name. How very annoying. This is probably the 20th phone call I have had from this number. Every time I told them not interested and to remove our phone number but they just keep calling and calling. No respect whatsoever. I am going to report them (again) to the "Do not Call" registry violation. The number they have been calling is on the list and they insist on calling anyways. If I mention the phone number is listed on the registry, they hang up on me.

Had a call from this number the person identified himself as "Steve Tyner" at SMS. The last name seems to change on every call. He asked to speak with the owner. I told him he needed to remove our name from their call list. He was very pushy and kept asking for my position in the company. I kept asking him to remove our name/phone number from their list. We went back and forth about 5 times.
I bet they will call again soon. I've already numerous calls from this number, and asked them to stop calling us multiple times.

These guys won't leave me alone!!!  I was polite enough to meet them face to face and I told them no ABSOLUTELY NO.  They left.  Since then they have called up to twice a day pestering.  The name they gave me was Steve Bertrand.  I think this company is like IPA or the George May company.

I keep getting calls from this number. I have had several different people call me looking for the owner of the company. At first I just tried to get a message, find out what they wanted, call-back #, etc but never could get any information. If I asked more than one question they just hung up. Very annoying.
Last call he said his name was Byren calling from Cody Christians company. Last time it was a different company (same #).

I've had these people call several times and each time I've told them I'm not interested and not to call back. They said they were SMS - a business consulting firm.  I asked what SMS stands for and the caller said it didn't stand for anything. They said they had someone in the area and he would just pop his head in for a minute.  I told him not to send him over and that I didn't want to see his face.  They said that they had talked to someone from my company and had made an appointment to come by.  I again told them no - not interested - I don't want to see his face.  They called again today. The caller acted surprised that I had been called before and had no notes that I had already told them to remove my number from their call list and I again told him not to send anyone to my office.

They call every day and I tell them I'm not interested and not to call back and don't send any representative to my office.  I asked the woman on the phone what SMS stands for and she said she didn't know.  They still call every day.  I don't know how to get rid of them.

These people call our business several times a day.  I all ready know who they are because of our caller ID.  When I answer they tell me that they have an appointment with our President, I know they don't and when I ask to be removed from their call list they hang up.  I try to call back the number to get someone to remove us and no one answers.

We told them, we've been in business 25 years, we need NO consulting and asked to be removed from their calling list, they didn't.
We have an extension set up for spam calls. Now, they are transferred to that extension, they never leave a message and instead of calling several times a day as they did in the beginning they only call a couple times a week.  
Why isn't there a do not call list for businesses?

We have been getting calls from this number from a guy who claims he is with GPS Construction and wants to meet with us regarding a job.

Did some research on this and found that it's a total scam.

Run Run from these people. They will hound and annoy you to no end. They told me they were with GPS corp and that there website was gps.net of course this website was for global positioning sytems not consulting or whatever there scam was.

They even had a guy come by our office who told my receptionist he has an apointment with me which he did not. I finaly had to throw him off my property.

If i handled any tires except light truck....like passenger tires.  I said that I retired and he hung up.

Did Steve come by?

I can't believe it but they called again.  This time the guys name was Richard Anderson".  He asked how the visit with Steve Clark went.  I told him it didn't go well and he needed to ask him then I hung up.  THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

SMS called again.  This time it was Steve Austin who identified himself as a Senior Director.  He started his sales pitch as if nothing happened and when I recounted the saga to him he seemed surprized and then I told him Dave Taylor said he said "Why would he say that".  These guys are way over the top.  Good luck to anyone they may call.

The initial call came from a woman that asked if I was interested in business consulting.  I said no and that I am already using a consulting firm.  She kept after me and I gave her two more nice rejections she kept after me and I finally hung up on her.  Then much to my surprize she sent Steve Walker (touted as a retired Miami Dolphin...like that's going to make a difference at this point) in to see us.  I told him what happened and he acted surprized and apologized but then he started a sales pitch.  I couldn't believe it.  I politely stood up and shook his hand and went to work so he left after spending at least 15 minutes onthe phone in front of our store.  A couple days later someone else from SMS called.  I explained the entire saga to him course of events to him and he hung up on me.  Today I received abother call from a Dave Taylor from the above number.  I explaned the saga to him as well and he actually argued with me about the timing of the events.  I asked him to please put us on a do not contact list and he said "I will put you on an unsuccessful business owners list" and then he hung up.  I am appalled at their tacts and sincerely hope they do not succeed.

Got a call from a man who pretended to have done business with sign companies but they have gone out of business.  He made it sound as if "Steve" was a good buddy of the owner.  I had my suspicions that it was a solicitor based on the way he was asking about our business.  When I directly asked him if this was solicitation, he immediately went on about how he just needed some signs and he would never want to waste my time.  He set up a time to have "steve" come by to take a look at what we do.  As soon as I started asking him for some personal/business info so that I could properly address their needs, he hung up on me.  I thought I would call the number back and of course got no answer and then looked the number up on line and found this....All I can say is I REALLY hope "Steve" comes by >:-)

This claims to be a business consulting company.  Their greatest fault is that they don't understand "no".  We actually had one of their telemarketers hang up to avoid us telling them to take us off their call list.  We might have won finally.  Last time they tried to "set up an appointment", we asked if we told their consultant face to face that we wouldn't buy from them, would they then take us off the call list?  This morning they hung up just as we answered.  Hope it was because they saw the notes from last time.
