A recording regarding bank or check fraud. Telling me they are going to contact my work and serve me papers to appear in court. They want me to call them and give them information identifying who I am. The message says I must call before the end of the day to stop any action against me. Three calls starred about a week ago and still no action...lol. I'm not sure if they are identity thieves or debt collectors but you can be damn sure I won't respond until they serve me with legal papers to appear in court like they say they will. I can't imagine that if I committed bank or check fraud that they would contact me via recorded message....I'm pretty sure the police would be at my door with an arrest warrant. By the way, I know I have not committed bank or check fraud so I know for sure this is not real.

I received a call from this number and it was a message about my dad who passed away in December. Saying i would be getting paper's served.tried calling number back and says its a non working number .

This caller called around 17:07, 04/30/2012, I picked up phone and said " hello", no answer for a while , so I hung up".
I checked www.800notes.com. no one has filed complaints.
