Its from a customer survey service company (market research not sales). My call from them was about a survey for a doctors office. Just answer the call and ask them to remove your name from the list. They are nice people. No need to get upset about receiving a call.

I have recieved 2 calls at about 4pm from this number. one today and one yesterday. how can i make them stop?

I have a BUNCH of calls from this number...I haven't seen any medical professional for over 20 years, nor do I have any medical insurance

This number has been calling my house for several days now and does not leave a message. I have heard that this number is looking for personal information and claims to be several different company's. Synergy Solutions comes up on my caller ID.

This number is driving me crazy.  Everyday at least 6 - 8 times daily it continuosly calls my phone, that I have shut off my answering machine. Does anyone know how to get it to stop. I have registered my phone number with every agency available.

Keeps calling my home everyday 3x a day...leaves no message on answering machine, nor does anyone answer when phone is picked up...

C alled asking for my son in relation to a Dr we know nothing about. Wouldn't speak to me about it. Have been calling periodically w/o lving vm.

Got this call on my cell.  When I picked it up there was no answer.

Receive calls daily from this number. Never any message.
Will file a complaint with FCC 'do not call' division:fcc.gov
If you are registered with the do not call list, file a complaint.
If there are enough complaints, they will investigate and put a stop to it.

Same deal as the others...medical survey for a HIP provider my wife saw at the Queens-Long Island Medical group

I also started receiving calls from 214-245-5940.  No message and they always call around 3-4 pm PST. Pretty lame. Best I did was find this website and note that area code 214 is the Houston area.

Third call from 214-245-5940, very irritating. This time I answered and the lady asked if she could have a minute of my time about a recent visit to my Dr.

They say they want you to do a survey about a doctor you may or may not have been to. It seems sketchy, don't give out any personal information.

I got a call from them today asking for my parents- they knew my name as well. I looked up the area code andd saw that it is in texas-- I don't live anywhere near texas, and am very disturbed that they knew my name... It was not a recording either.

Received a call from this number about 3:00 PM 01/07/08.  Did not answer as have had calls from this number before with nonsense messages.

I get calls from this number to my cellphone twice a week. I don't answer, they never leave a message. I do have HIP heath insurance. This is strange. If HIP is conducting phone surveys, they would or should have sent something in the mail to let their customers know these people are representing them. Unless HIP is selling phone number list.

I've received several phone calls from this number over the past week and was only able to answer once. No voicemails were ever left and the one time I was able to answer, I received no response.

have been noting this # on my caller id for a while.  Accidentally picked up today and female stated they were doing a survey for my health provider.  They had inaccurate info asking if I still see a Dr I know is a pediatrician, I'm an adult perhaps they confused me with my son.   They asked if I still had HIP insurance and I wished them a nice day and hung up on them.

i answered a call from them today and it's a survey company that wanted to know about my experience at a medical center i've never been to with a doctor who i've never heard of.

i called it back and also got recording of patient survey. it mentions that patients from medical office are asked to participate (very vague) i use hip medical insurance and recently visited lij north er room in glen cove, ny. to see if we have common affiliation
