This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of Iristel VOIP numbers. The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account.
If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.

Yup, spam call. Ignore them, cause there's nothing you can do to make them go away.

It's not from Canada. Since the invention of voip calls can come from anywhere. Nigeria, for example. Just because the caller ID says one thing, you should never give out personal information on a call you did not make. Call numbers from the phone book, statements, back of credit card.
