SCAM!!! He also sent a bank statement from CIBC bank in Canada with a $500,000 check to Mr. Yang Hua Lopez! What man has a Japanese first name and a Mexican last name? HA~

SAME STORY ONLY MY BUYER WAS ONE YUJI INOUEY FROM CANADA WITH PASSPORT WANTING TO BUY A HOME IN WVA SENT ME A BANK STATEMENT FROM A CANADIAN BANK THAT WAS MANIPULATED AND OBVIOUSLY A FAKE, DON'T FALL FOR IT, THE NAME OF YANG HUA WAS ON HIS BANK STATEMENT, CALLED ME AN A***OLE FOR QUESTIONING HIM ABOUT HIS PROOF OF FUNDS , BE CAREFUL , IF IT LOOKS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT IS. HOPE I DON'T GET HACKED

The realtor I work with received emails from a Ming Xing supposedly from the same company - Hangzhou Steel looking to purchase a home in the West Virginia area...beware is a scammer and will go so far as to sign a contract and send a fraudulent check....way over the deposit amount asked for.  I'm sure he would have asked for most of that back had we not called him on it.  WATCH OUT FOR MING XING!

I am retiring soon and I will be relocating to the USA for Good, after searching the Internet for a home to buy, I found your  property on craigslist and i like it so much, I have decided to choose your property to buy as my permanent home.

The home will be a cash buy and I will fly to the USA for viewing the property but before that I would like my stock broker in America to send the money to you via a lawyer/solicitor.I want to make the funds available in USA before coming to choose and view the property, please I would want you to retain a lawyer for me so that my stock broker can send the funds directly to him to keep in a trust account until I arrive in the USA.

Please let me know the lawyer retaining fees and charges so that my stock broker can include all in the payment he will be sending to the lawyer.

What did you do with the money?  We had the exact same scenario and now have about $250,000 sitting in an account.  Our lawyer refuses to release any of the money until we figur things out.  She call the feds, but they aren't interested at he is in Canada and has not broken a law here.

Spoke with yangs assistant from a 416-823-9266 number.  Wanting to visit in Mexico in 4 weeks with cash of over $1million usd to purchase a house.  He insisted on only sending a check as a deposit (no wire transfers).

Mr. Yang Hua Lopez as sent me the same request! He is asking to buy the house without seeing...I just got an email from him yesterday Jan.20,2010 asking me for a contract on house he has never seen. I am glad I found this site before I did anything else. Something didn't seem right!

Got the same type of message from Mr. Lopez through our corporate web site saying he was moving to Texas.  Guy wants to buy a property and send the money in advance!! That is just not the way its done. What a flake.

Me too, he said he is relocating to Pa, scam....now I am having trouble with some of my website logons....

I got the same exact email and I'm in PA.....I hope you didn't try to cash that check

I received an email from my personal Realtor's website from Yang Hua Lopez that he has selected our company to find him a 6 bedroom home in MD.  I sent him the Buying Procedures and paper work.  He signed the required paperwork to become a client.He sent the broker I work for a check for $450,000. (He did not follow the Buying Procedures) He wanted us to send he and his stock broker monies for tickets to come and see the property.  He also wanted $180,000 out of the $450,000 to purchase chinese furniture. He also sent his Canadian Passport with picture.  It's probably not his picture.

If you go into the financials/investments for the company you will see that he is not the chief financial officer for the company.... Thank you guys for sharing this information

I got a check with "150,000" us... send it to the bank. and the account does not exist. is big liar. dont send or give money to these people they are big thieves.

Got same letter but from "Consultant Inc". I called the Royal bank and they instructed me to disregard those types of letter because usually they request that money back and they will hold your account # and will be able to retraive money and you will be a victim of fraud at one point or another

Got same letter but from "Consultant Inc".  Sounds like the deposit phony check and send your money scam!!!  Can't find any info on either company.

Received a letter from International Financial Inc stating that I'm a winner in sweepstakes. There was a check included. I am highly suspicious it's legit.
