This horrible man called claiming that he was trying to collect on a Dept. of Education Loan on a promissory note that I signed in 2009.  I never signed a promissory note in 2009 and all I simply stated was for him to send me proof as I wasn't going to give him credit card information over the phone.  He said that is fine and then he went back to asking me if I remembered signing it.  I once again asked him to send me proof and he started yelling at me that it was a stall tactic and I was just trying to get out of paying the loan.  I then told him to stop yelling me and threatening me or I was going to contact the BBB and he started yelling and threatening me again where I then hung up the phone.  I'm not sure who "this" is, but I am certain that it is against the law to threaten in this manner.
