Again they call even with the number on the do not call list stop the calls.

I too have received numerous calls, sometimes four in one day, from this number, but have never answered until today. There was no one on the line and then it disconnected. I called right back, but got a message telling me that the number is invalid. Tried several times with and without the "1", and even without the area code, but got the same recording each time. How does one stop these scum from calling if it's not possible to speak with anyone or even find out the name of the company? They're driving me crazy!

Keeps calling every day. Rings twice and hangs up without leaving a message.

These people call my home number 5-6 times a day starting at 8am Monday through Sunday. Every single day for the past month

Same here.  Chris called from this number asking for my wife and was EXTREMELY rude.  I asked to speak to his supervisor, also rude, who asked if this was my wife's number.  What is going on?  He said they were from Reader's Digest, but obviously they are not.  What' s in it for them, I wonder?

Caller called asking for me by my maiden name.  I've been married 33 years, so that was unusualy to say the least.  I told him he had the wrong number.  Nothing harrassing at all, very polite, but still strange.

I have never had a Playboy subscription but this number keeps calling my phone, I don't answer and they don't leave a message, I tried to call it back 2 times and all it did was ring like 4 or 5 times and then hung up?? It's very annoying but I will just continue to ignore it thats the joy of a cell phone...

I got a call from this number this afternoon and phone ID said unknown name maybe they will stop calling that number goes to fax machine

After several calls that I picked up and nobody was there, I called the number. The guy said it was (inaudible) promotions. I asked to be put on their no-call list. He asked to confirm my wife's name... he apparently got it off a computer. He said we would be placed on the list... After I hung up I really wonder if I did the right thing. The ring was really odd when I called and when they called and it went to my machine the ring on my end wasn't normal...  I'm on the national "do not call list" unfortunately it is a toothless wonder when it comes to phone scammers....

Same thing here...a woman called three times and insisted on speaking with someone whom I didn't know.  She said she was from Atlantic Monthly, and was insistently rude.  Amazing.

This number has called me many times looking for some one i have no clue who they are. When i told the man named Chris to remove me again he told me to lawyer up or shut up...they will not tell me the company and am unable to return the call

i keep repeatedly get called by this number. I have repeatedly told them that I do not know this person, and to remove my phone number from the list. The man today named Chris told me to lawyer up or shut up...can not find out the name of the company and am unable to call back...help please

I've blocked this number (Panasonic cordless phone), but calls keep coming, Usually 2 calls about a half hour apart.

This number called me twice today.  First time I clicked on and then off.  The number called again 4 hours later.  I answered but said nothing.  No sound.  I said, Yes.  No sound.  Then hung up.

This guy calls, when asked whos calling he hangs up. I in return call back and he hangs up again!

Yeppers I just got a call from this idiot. He didn't curse me out but when I asked who he was working for he hung up.
And yes I too have or did have a Playboy subscription but damn if I'll renew because I'm getting 2 less issues a year because they combine 2 months into each issue.

I think I'll get a whistle and wait for this guy to call next time.

"Walter" has called our house at least 5 times on behalf of "The Atlantic Monthly" asking for a renewal.  We already subscribe and have renewed through appropriate channels.  Tonight when reminded that he's called multiple times and that we are not interested, he hung up without any comment.

Someone keeps calling my son's phone from this number.  No one is there.  Annoying.

Someone from this number called me but left no message.  Caller ID says 1800 Service.  I called the number back.  They were calling about my husband's Playboy magazine subscription lol...

Some guy name "Walter" called and wont identify his company when asked.

He became verbally abusive and aggressive when asked to remove our phone number which is on National Do Not Call List.  He said he is the "Supervisor"  and cannot remove our number, and cannot stop calling.  

Where and how can we file a complaint?  Does anyone know who is this person and what is his business/company name?
