someone called my husband today from this no. saying he had a complaint against him i called the no. and it said prograssive

Got a call from this number 855-249-1563 on hubby's cell phone at his place of employment. Not happening I called it back first lady said she was Sarah Smith. Second lady said she was the desk of Brenda Thompson. Need to be more specific when leaving voice mail messages and do NOT call at place of employment it is illegal. Soon as I find out who these people are harassment charges are going up.

Caller claimed to be Chris McKinley, looking for a Diane Anderson involving legal documents. Gave me a case number of 108780-3184. I've received calls looking for Diane Anderson before and thought it might be legit, but when I called back (and got a recording saying I had reached "Progressive"), I told the "associate" who answered that the number they'd called was not Diane Anderson's. Instead of asking me for the case number, which was what I expected, the guy asked for the phone number they had called so they could "remove it as a point of contact." Hmmm.
