Msg left "You is up on investigational fraud charges and if yous dont want us to come out and search fow you....contact the legal department."  Wow, yo people are convincing fow show.....Its a scam!  Dont give out any of your personal information!!!  Get a real job Mellisa Jackson and try investing in an English class!

Legitimate companies will not try to threaten you with 1 Hr. deadlines. Tell them to physically mail you documentation. No paperwork...no debt.

I just received  this with an hour dead-line. Is there any validity to this?

I got exactly the same message only I got 2 hours to call back.

Had a voice mail saying I had criminal charges for attempting to defraud financial institute.  Chick said I have only one hour to call number back to settle matter.  At the end to the message she left, told me "good luck"  Really??  When I called number to find out what she was talking about, she requested personal information.  I think it was a scam.  She would not tell me why she called me unless I gave her my info.  She said ACF did not stand for anything...that was name of litigation office.  I contacted Secretary of State to find out if this is a real company...they do not know who they are.
