received call on a sunday at 12:30pm asked for Laura ???? wrong number lady

Any call that originates from UCONN shows that number. It could be a call from a patient or a call to remind you of an appointment.

Called, I answered, they hung up.  Very weird.

Just got a call from them saying they have been trying to fax over a prescription and they keep getting an error message. Well, no kidding as I live in Ottawa Canada and have never had an appointment there.

I USE UCONN MEDICAL CENTER FOR TYHEIR NGREAT DENTAL CLINICS AND SEVERAL OTHER SPECIALISTS.  THEY HAVE THE BEST REPUTATION IN THE STATE AND THEY ARE STATE SUBSIDIZED SO THEY ARE THE LLEAST EXPENSIVE, BUT THE WAITING LIST IS INCREDIBLY LONG.  YOU MAY GET AN APPOINTMENT A MONTH AWAY, BUT IF THEY GET A CANCELLATION, THEY WILL TRY TO FILL IT, SO THEY WILL CALL DOWN THE LSIT UNTIL SOME LUCKY SOB PICKS UP THE PHONE!  THE NUMBER 8602551999  IS THE UCONN GENERAL OUTGOING NUMBER; IT APPEARS REGARDLESS OF WHICH DEPARTMENT HAS CALLED YOU.  IF YOU DO NOT ANSWER IT SHOULD LEAVE YOU A CALLBACK NUMBER, BUT I HAVE FOUND THAT SOMETIMES THE NUMBER IT LEAVES IS NOT UPDATED, OS YOU ARE LEFT SCRATCHING YOUR HEAd ...rest assured this **is** uconn medical center.  if you are not a patient there, then there is no way to call them back unless they leave you amessage , and even then, as i said it is infuriating because the automated system frequently leaves the wrong call-back number.

It is from Uconn doc, but strange the caller id says State of CT /DMR  !

This is the main number for UCONN... When you call back.. it states that they have no idea who called.. So if you don't have business with them ignore it.. simple as that...
My son just had back surgery there..I did not recognize the number so didn't answer it..but It was from the doctor's office & left a voice message.. BTW.. great place to have surgery for those who live in CT

That makes sense because I have an appointment there on friday, but they didn't bother to leave a message. Weird.

Its a generic number for calls coming from UCONN Health Center.

it just called me last night at 1:15 a.m. with no message.

It called my cell phone, and I don't have any dealings with UCONN Health center, except that their medical school interns at the VA.  They left no message

I agree with Jim, that it's a dial-out number from UCONN Health Center. I received a legit call from there today. They've called me before, but I don't know from what number. I'm sure that they are too busy to be making harassing phone calls!

I just called this number. It is a general number used for any outbound call from teh UCONN health Center in Farmington CT.

called my cellular  did not leave message.  i have nothing to do with uconn health care, so it is strictly an harassement call.

All I can say is that I get them too.  They seem to coordinate with times when they should be calling me to remind me of an appointment. My dealings are with the Dowling South building on the Uconn Health Center.I have no upcoming appointments but I am expecting an important call from a doctor to reschedule surgery presently set for January. Too bad they have such a long and drawn out phone messaging system that I have to endure to get through to them...  )-:

got a one ring hangup call from Uconn health ctr, probably the dental clinic because I put in a request there for xrays the previous day.  Don't know why they hung up.

this number called my cell.  No message.  I don't live in CT, never have lived in CT, never been to UConn Health Center.  No idea why they would have called me.

I called the hospital yesterday to make a complaint about horrible service that I was receiving from Dr. Berkowitz (othopedic surgeon) office staff.  So maybe they are just sending harassing phone calls.

called my work in Wisconsin and was subjected to a recording of a woman's voice saying a christian prayer. wtf?

called, rang three times-hung up before voicemail picked up on cell 860-255-1999. Others have indicated call from UConn Health Center. Could be, as I am currently a patient.
