This is a telemarketer call. I started getting this right after I changed my phone number. The company is called OneTouchIndia.com and they have a website by that name also! They say something about "their exclusive referal program, where you can earn unlimited calls to India". They want you to buy their international service to then help sell their calling service so you can earn free calls yourself to India.

company is called one touch india, they speak very thick hindu and you cannot understand them.  It is just a recording, when you answer it is voice activated.  If you let the message end and speak it starts over again.  Wanting you to sign up for long distance to india.  Went to website nowhere to get yourself removed from calling list

I forgot to mention. They want you to buy international phone service to India and also refer the service to others so you can get unlimited calls to India for yourself.
