This number is now calling themselves "The Law office of David Parker". I got a call telling me I owed $1640 and if I didn't pay, I would be taken away by the police and thrown in jail.  The man I spoke to wad an Indian by the name of James Smith.  I informed him I knew of their scam and that I have reported them to the Florida Attorney General, the FTC and the FBI.  I actually asked him if it was a scam and he replied "yeah".  I told him since he has called my phone relentlessly that I am going to return the favor.  I have called him 56 times in the last 2 days.  Lol!  It is si much fun making sexual, racial, and just plain obsesene phone calls to someone who calls me constantly.  They have begged me to stop numerous times.  Call them and tell them "Rusty" told you to call.

I was receiving calls from a guy with a heavy Indian accent and I couldnt understand him.  I received many calls on a daily basis.  They would ask to speak to Tiffany - which is not my name.  I told him to stop calling me and I lost my temper on the last phone calls.  My number has since changed for the last several months even maybe a year and LO AND BEHOLD, I got a voice mail message from this same crook!  The number he told me to call back was 904-584-6058.  I dont know whether to  have an attorney to contact them- which I do not have piles of money just lying around to pay one.  But after looking this up online, I cant wait for him to call me again and I am going to have lots of fun with it! ;)

Same story. Threatening a law suit verbally is a violation of the law.

I received a call on May 31, 2012, from Victor Pierce of David Parker Law Office.  I called back (904) 584-6058 and reached a Magic Jack message.  I called again and spoke to a woman that said I I owe $512 to Capital One when can I pay it. ( I do not owe Capital One anything, I asked for a copy of the statement which they said was being sent to my home address (they have my home address and social security number).  They refused to send me proof and said they will start legal action.  Ofcourse I hung up on her.  Sending a letter to Capital One's Fraud Department.

I had been receiving phone calls from this guy called Bryan Taylor from the offices of David Parker with exactly the same case as Heather. Amazing what people do to obtain money.

Some dude (with an Indian accent) left a message regarding my ss#. I couldn't make out the rest due to the heavy accent. I called back at 5:30, but the offices were closed.

Brian Taylor calling from Law Offices of David Parker stating that I had charges filed against me for a Credit Card that was never paid off. (I've never had a credit card in my entire life.) I asked for his name and phone number I told him that I would investigate the matter and call him back. Now that I've researched, I will be sure to give him an earful the next time he calls. I get calls from this number at least 3 times a week sometimes 3 times a day, for a former employee. I have asked to be removed because this person no longer works here When I called the number back The person who answered the phone stating he was the supervisor tol me to " su** his D***"

Called my 12 year olds cell phone and left 4 messages.  When I answered they asked for someone else and gave me their ss number to verify. Convinced them they had the wrong number.  Hoping they don't call back!

I keep getting calls from an unknown number to call Marilyn Cruz, so I called n she told me that I'm facing charges against me because I never paid back a loan which I never received!!!! So i told her she can take it to court because I'll show proof of my bank statements and she hung up on me. Before that though she gave me an option to pay the loan back via phone, lol yeah right!!!! Wish everyone luck with these scammers.

This is Marilyn Cruz from Lemmer & Associates Law Firm.  We have charges filed against you because of a loan that you received and did not pay back which was denied from your bank account as insufficient funds.  (Which I never did).  I requested her to send me copy of the charges, verification that the money was deposited and then I'll have my bank certify if the money was received.  She claimed she will provide docs on Tuesday attaching as pdf docs through email.
