How do I stop these pestering calls during work hours. My cell is also on no call list, and yet I continue to be bothered by this, and other calls from odd areas and no one is there!

How do I stop these damn calls Cell is on no call list, and yet I continue to be bothered by this, and other like calls

908-452-6676 called twice April 2, 2013 and left no message. I know no one at this number and wish them to respect my cell's do not call status.

Number has called me repeatedly, but no one says anything. I called it back but it's from a 'pinger' phone number.
