I have also been a victim of who sounds like to be the same person Ali Kahn aka Ahmed Kahn aka Tohid Alam.  I was conned out of thousands of dollars.  He was known to me as Ali Kahn and I met him on plenty of fish.  He originally gave me the phone number (949) 610-3433 and then changed his number and gave me (949) 903-5477 within a couple of days.  He told me he is an ER doctor and went to Harvard with a british accent.  He is around 6'0'' and heavy set dark skin complexion. He always wore scrubs and or Harvard sweatshirt.  I went to the police already and they are filing a report. This is to follow up on "Ahmed Khan" post on 4/15/13 on spokeo.  He is currently around the Newport Beach/Irvine/ or even Brea area from what I last know.  I believed him too regarding the investment deal. The investor was a lady called "Uma Patel." He said I would make a lot of money in return. I also gave him thousands of dollars. He did make excuses saying parents got in an accident and mother passed away and then later father committed suicide due to loss of his mother. I was given excuse after excuse on repayment. He contacted me reassuring me he would repay me but when it came down to the final straw and he was to repay me the number was disconnected that day. If anyone knows of anything please continue this blog.  I want the police to catch this guy.

Post info on his case thats opened with FBI, so we can all contact the person taking care of his case. I m sure everyone has useful information on him, and can even speed up the process. Does anyone know where he isat the moment?
It is funny that he keeps changing his profession but keeps going back to being a doctor or some kind of a financier.

LMAO - a doctor? He's lucky if he's got two pennies to rub together. An ER doctor who has time to peruse chatrooms, matrimonial sites and Lord-knows-where-else to satisfy his disgusting urges. Ugh. The FBI agent on his case (a ticket which has been open for several months now) has provided useful instructions on how to respond to Tohid Alam and record phone calls or internet chats if he attempts contact using any of his aliases.

Whats written online about "Ahmed Khan" or "Tohid Alam" is true. I didn't want to say anything and just prayed that he was telling me the truth but all he ever does is lie. I had sent thousands of dollars to someone named Mahwish Ahmad because he said she had this great investment and there was no risk in loosing and in two weeks would make nearly 4 times the amount.. I'm a single mother and thought what he was telling me was the truth because he said he cared about me and just wanted to help me out... anyways I dont want to go into to many details because I am done and over with him but just be careful. I never thought a desi could do something like this but I guess  like they say you should never judge a book by its cover. oh and he will tell you all this stuff written online is by an ex gf or her friends or something or some other lies like his mom is sick and in the hospitol every few days blah blah blah..He had even talked to my mother and my ex husband and that gave me the feeling he was serious in regards to a relationship but its his way of gaining your trust and then once he gets what he wants he ignores you to the fullest of flips out on you. I lost thousands and thousands of dollars and just pray that Allah gives him what he deserves.

I think it's extremely important for people to mention which websites they are encountering TOHID ALAM aka Ahmed Khan so that people will know to stay away. I know he is active on singlemuslim and naseeb. Who knows his nicknames on these sites?

Lets see what do I remember about this a**hole..total desperado, pervert extraordinaire. It's been a very log time since I've heard from him (several years) and if he knows what's good for him, he'll keep it that way. I remember him claiming to be very successful which he obviously isn't, the most valuable of this ugly b*****d's assets seem to be an Internet connection. He likes to share sob stories and play the hero, regardless of whether that means inventing insider connections or pretending he's British. He likes to dig up old contacts from his MSN list and email addresses. He will spy on you and act like he's the greatest thing since sliced bread...all due to his alleged reversion from his bad ways in which he apparently slept around with anyone he could until he suddenly saw the light. I don't remember him asking for money though I'm sure he's capable of it. I've heard of other cases where he's killed off his poor elderly mother to hain sympathy or has been disowned by an older brother he fondly refers to as "Paiyaan", his paindoo a** punjabi way of saying "bhaijan." This guy belongs in a concentration camp or mental institution at the very best. He'll lie and tell you he was in your city for work once you're done talking to him and start blocking him everywhere. I doubt this man has ever earned an honest dime in his life but he likes to row things like God and religion into the mix to add to the general impression he initially seeks to portray. Wow. I still can't believe he's still at it after so many years.

This guy is a real piece of work ladies. Says he's rich but then will ask you for money because his money is stuck in some bogus investment. Asks you for phone sex and all kinds of kinky s***. Stay away from him. If you have already been a victim then report him to the cops. His story deserve to be heard. Some girl was defending him saying that he has changed (I think it probably was him) who knows what's true at this point.

I confirm this guy did the same thing to me.  Harvard, London School of Economics, family all over, rich, he gains your confidence so you tell him everything.  DO NOT TRUST HIM.  STAY AWAY FROM HIM.  HE also uses aliases now that Tohid Alam is google searchable as a fraud.  Ahmed Khan is one such alias.  Ladies beware.
