got a call from 201 257-4088, the caller ID said Mariah Pub. I have already signed up for the do not call list. I am sick and tired of these people calling and noone cares to do anything abouy it.

This number kept calling and I did not answer. I was curious who was calling me from a Mariah pub in New Jersey,so I googled this and found out that its a good thing I didn't answer! Thank you

They have been harrassing me for weeks!  They call every night at least 5 times and callsa are often 5 minutes apart!  Once I picked up, asked what they wanted, said grants and I hung up .  They still keep calling!  What can we do-report to Federal Trade Commission?

So, they keep calling our house as well... not leaving messages.  I picked up the phone and the women asked for my husband, when I said he wasn't there and asked for a message... she hung up...  WHAT?!

if lakeguard is correct about saying you have a subscription that's going to expire when it isn't true, wouldn't that constitute fraud?

It's a magazine publisher.  They say that you have a subscription that's going to expire.  It may or may not be true.  Call the number back and you'll get an 800 number to call and you can ask to be taken off the list.

mariah pub is the id -same crap- no message just hangs up........
