I got a call from 202-284-9899 after I had left a note on someones car to advise them of the other partners his girlfriend was seeing and the many, many past due bills she was getting him into, he called once I couldn't answer and he never called back

That person is me and the number is a default number for a government agency that appears automatically if you call from any phone in the agency system. No mystery.

I got a call inquiring about Real Estate in Mississippi. They were asking all the "wrong" questions so I was very cautious and choice with my wording. They gave me a name of Daniel Taylor and an email address of cdr.daniel.taylor@verizon.net

I received a call from this number the other day. My brother works for the government and this number appeared a few times on my caller ID. When you call from a secure line it has to use an unidenified number for the ID that you can't call back.

Call to my mobile phone at 4:47PM, Wednesday, 11 Feburary 2009. Missed the call and when I tried to call back, a recording said: "This number cannot be completed as dialed."
