They just called again.  Caller ID says, "Voter Reach."  It was 5:46 PM ET.  I now have them on my blocked list.

Called 2:16 PM ET.  Called yesterday, too.  They leave no message.  The first call Caller ID said, "Voter Services."  Today, the Caller ID was "UNKOWN CALLER."  Again, no message.  I *77'd them today.  That will block until they identify themselves.  If they have a Caller ID and I don't recognize it, I'll *60 the number so they will be permanently blocked.  Reverse phone lookup states it is a Verizon cell phone user.
