Messages from 202-601-2681, aka Anthony Bate/Mcbate are considered fraudulent and are in violation of fair credit and collection practices.  My family and friends are receiving phone calls from this number and person.  He is providing inaccurate statements of check fraud, arrest warrants and summons.  No warrant or summons apply nor where they delivered to my home address. None exisit and even if they did, these methods are unfair practices.  Compliants have been filed with U.S. Government.

Also he was telling me I had committed a felony. umm...i have had people commit real check fraud that work for me and the Sherriffs office shows up for that...they don't chase you down by phone

Yes..they keep leaving me messages saying the same from y answered one of his the same person "anthony McDale" I finally answered one of his calls. Acusing me of check fraud, that he has tacked to my door notice and mailed it to me multiple times and that he has a warrant for me and had bee trying to locate me and serve me. I told him that i did not owe the money, I have received nothing at home or in my mail and that this is not the normal court proceedings anyway even if this was legitaimate. he told me i couldn't be further from wrong...I hung up on him.  This is such a scam. I have lived in the same place since 2006, they say they have my home address and work address. So if they have something to serve me...WHY haven't they. They are just trying to scare people that is all.

i keep getting calls from these people also. The man said his name and "law firm" so fast you cant hear it clearly. Some man named Anthony McDale or McDay (again he was talking too fast on that part) said that they had sent out a 10 day notice, and i had a warrant b/c of check fraud. He also said my county name wrong, and when i went and searched the state database i have no warrants. Becare of these people.

I keep getting calls on every line on my cell phone plan.  They say that they have a warrant for me for check fraud.  And if I don't contact them by 5 pm today regarding papers left on my front door, which were never left.  This a scam to get personal information and try to get money.  These people need to get a life and a real job.
