This caller 202 738-2323 has been calling my cell several times a day, 24/7. Given how others have identified them as "Educational" Fraudsters I have not answered any of their calls. I have gotten repeated nuisance calls from tens of other numbers that have been associated with Grant Frauds and dubious "educational" agencies: 862-225-1268, 817-615-0108, 618-221-0181, 801-610-6271, 636-224-3117, 623-223-5561, 222-222-2245, 856-295-6867, 737-666-9035, 202-738-3333, 0012-1233 (from India?), 305-587-2555, 760-330-7756, 866-274-1177, 760-763-8439.

I just received a call and have received many calls over the past two days. this time my son answered and told them STOP CALLING. My number is registered with the National Do Not Call List, so why do I receive these calls. Is there something legal you can do to stop. I am ready to write to my state representative to lobby to put these people out of business. I have filed many complaints and have not even got a response, come on help me out here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finished my taxes online yesterday and today noticed first thing the next day were two missed calls from this number which caller ID showed were in Washington, DC. Later read where there is an income tax scam call going around. Glad I didn't answer it, especially after coming to this site.

I received a call from this number and was told a similar story to most you hear, except unlike most of the people here I believed it. Had it not been for talking to my parents, I would have blown $250. They take advantage of people in financially tight spots and try to exploit them. DO. NOT. TRUST.

Received call yesterday. Foreign lady said I was approved for a $7,000 grant. I wasn't buying it.

I also just got off the phone with this phone # (If you think that someone has fraudulently represented Grants.gov, contact the HHS Fraud Hotline at 1-800-447-8477 and email support@grants.gov.) and they had told me that it sounded like a scam and that they were going to investigate them and also advised me if the government wanted to get a hold of you the would indeed send something in the mail and you are never selected for a grant that you would have to apply for one so anyone that gets this call I would report them with the number above so thank you for your help

I looked them up on BBB and no records and tried to call and said to call back later due to hours of operation and seems to me to be a scam and would not trust them I still don't know how they had all my info and where I live to my telephone number so I am going to report them because something don't seem right and I hope that nobody gets scammed by them but its not easy to fall for it because if the government wanted to hand out money why would they have foreign people give out our money and would they just send something in the mail or g to there office it just seems that they are out to get us and ive got other call and when I call them back the number is not in service and is just a shame that people have nothing better to do so be cautions when ever you get a call like this

I just received a call from the same phone number when the lady asked whom was here I couldn't understand her English so I said I'm sorry I don't understand your English and she said it again I still didn't understand her English so I asked her again and she proceeded to say F*** y** over and over and I said oh that is great customer service and she says I don't give a s*** F you. She wouldn't hang up and I asked her for her supervisor and she said in my dreams. Than proceeded to chew my a** in Chinese yet. I am so tired of these calls. I eventually hung up since it was like arguing with a wall!!

They called saying that I qualified for a $7000.00 grant. I could barely understand the woman due to her accent and noise in the background. She knew my name and address then gave me an approval code and said to call another number and she also asked if I wanted the money by Western Union or direct deposited into my acoount.
