We live in ND and received a call from this number earlier today. No message left.

206-218-5377  Why can't this number be disconnected by the phone company. They callers who have set this auto call up are persistent and extremely annoying and never seem to get the fact that we do not want them calling our phone # anymore.  What legal rights do we have? Frustrated beyond.

Received two hang-up calls this afternoon, no message.  I always get lots of nuisance calls when there is an election coming up.  I don't want to block them or rave at them because I'm also looking for work and don't want to offend a potential employer!

I missed two calls from this number - exactly one hour apart.  Upon calling back, I learned I missed an opportunity to participate in a public opinion poll.  Dang it! :)  Seriously...it says, "if we've caused you any inconvenience, we sincerely apologize."  Then, the automated message automatically hangs up on the caller.

I got a phone call from this number with no message. Irritating.

Called back and went straight to a voicemail which stated: "We called you to participate in a public opinion poll and your input matters.  If this call was at all inconvenient to you, we do sincerely apologize.  Thank you."

The voice mailbox is also full, so it seems that there are likely many other unhappy folks out there.

Telephone call room background noise.  Asked for my spouse by name.  When I said spouse is not home right, may I please take a message, caller said "No message" and hung up.  This is a Do Not Call violation.

If you're not reporting these calls to donotcall.gov then you're part of the problem.

Received call from this number tonight.  No on 1183 caller.  hung up on me after they would not answer what state or city they were calling from.

This number called and hung up.  When I called it back, it was a voice recording saying that "we called you to participate in an public opinion poll, if this call was at all inconvenient, we apologize.  Click."

I suspect it is used for political calls?

This number has called my cell phone about 12 times in the last 4 days, and when I answer, I get 5 seconds of dead air, then hang up. When I call back, I am told that they are not taking calls. Driving me crazy.

I've gotten about 12 phone calls from this number over the last 3 days and am getting QUITE sick of it.

I am about to call and complain to the WEA, though I am not even sure who owns this number for sure...

I have received 15 calls from this number in the last 5 days.  I answered call number 8 (after getting 3 calls in one hour), and yelled at the person to stop call me.  Before I laid into her, she mentioned she was from a survey company.  I made it very clear thay they needed to remove me from their call list and to never call me again.  They have called back 7 times since, and 3 more in the last hour.

Who the hell are you calling me and when I answer you hang up?  Leave me alone/

I got two calls from this number as well. One at 10:51 and one at 11:55. Didn't answer, no message and didn't call back.
