I received this call for the last two weeks heavy accent and they threaten with the federal government and they say there are pending fraud charges.
I have kept them on the phone asking questions and they say it is a payday loan place that owns several payday loan internet companies and then the same guy calls back offering a payday loan and then calls back and says he is with an attorneys office

I keep getting a call from this guy stating i owe them money and I will be getting arrested. After consulting with my attorney it is a scam. If you do answer let them know you are recording and that you will be turning it over to the secret service. They tend to hang up right after that.

THEY CALLED SAYING SOMETHING HAS COME UP ON MY NAME AND SS# AND IT IS IN MY BEST INTEREST TO CALL THEM BACK. IM TIRED OF THESE FOREIGN SPEAKING PEOPLE CALLING MY PHONE WHILE IM AT WORK WITH THIS BS...

I got the same message on my cell phone and they called my work. I'm a teacher, and my Assistant Principal actually came to get me to call me out of class. I had experience with this before and reported it, and told her it was a scam and they cannot call me at work. It is completely ridiculous how they think this is legal!!! I'm also amused how some guy with a heavy Indian accent can be named Officer GARCIA...whatever..He also made up the name of a federal agency. They are ridiculous and should be arrested if anyone can find them. I need to look into how I reported it before.

I got the same call from the same number and the same Garcia person. I told them that my Uncle is an FBI agent and my Aunt is a lawyer and that they are looking into that number and will be arresting people. The person started screaming at me and I hung up. A***ole.

this number just called my work place stating it was an emergency that they talk to me. Said his name was Officer Garcia from the federal crimes unit. Demaded my personal number and asked to speak to the HR dept. if I was not there. Fortunately the woman who handled the call is a former police officer and has alerted company security as well as all management where I work. When my work called them back to check the number they got an ad for magic jack and then told the call could not be completed as it was a blocked number.4/23/13

I just got a call from them today.. Saying they were with the federal investagation and his name was officer something and I needed to pay or I would be arrested if I didnt call back and God Bless Me.. Cant this company or whoever is doing this be sent to court for fraud? I think imma report it

i just got a phone call about 10,000 . but if i pay 569.69 i wouldn't be arrested

A man called with a foreign accent saying he has my social security number  and if I didn't call him back I would be arrested at my place of employment or my place of residence.... they get your information from online payday loan applications.... its a complete scam bcuz I never received the money so how can I owe .... I just ignore their calls

this guy calls and says I am going to be arrested if I dont call back, I ask him to send me paperwork but he wont he says I need to send money. He says he is  a police officer

This is a payday loan scam they are saying you owe money for paydays borrowed over the internet. Threatens to come to your place of employment and place of residence when asked to provide documentation customer can't give any until things are settled.
