first call on my cell

They can call you because its most likely a collections call and those are exempt from the Do Not Call List.  If it is not for you, make sure that someone did not use you as a reference or put your number down as a contact.

They keep calling my cell phone for someone I don't know. I have called them back at the 1-800 number they left on a voice mail and told them I don't know who this person is they are looking for. They just called me again and I am going to call them back and tell them if they call again I am giong to report them. I have had my cell phone for years and years so don't know why they keep calling me. They have even left a voice mail, mine says Hi this is Pam, leave me a message...etc....they then say "Hi Eric, we are looking for your son Derek"  How stupid is that?
