It is a fake company, I called Federal Trade Commission and California Department of Consumer Affairs.  They are illegal.  stay away from them.  They use 213-438-9504 for one of the phones listed to a landline in L.A.

I was contacted by "freepaydayloans365" and told I was approved for 3K but had to send by wire a certain amount of money.  They will not leave me alone and want me to wire more money within 24 hours.  I checked and filed a complaint with federal Trade Commission and will file with other governmental agencies as well.  Do not do business with this company.  They are illegal and violate several federal trade laws.  The number they use out of  L.A.,California.213-438-9504, either ext. 3030, or ext. 2020

I'm getting calls saying in approved for 5000 loan and I think it's bs, don't trust them. just keep hanging up!

I recieved same call and number and he was telling me to deposit some money first via monegram and/or westernunion before he can release the $2k to my checking account. I do not know if this is a scam but he has all the info about me....everything....the company is called freepayday loan and this number is in washing state.....please post something about this number....

Its an annoying telemarketer lending company, called free credit lender or something.... they are calling to try to get you to accept a loan

I've gotten MULTIPLE calls from this number asking for a person named Gary whom doesn't reside at my house (nor have I ever heard of). The caller is Indian with an American name (says he is Spencer Ross).
Every time I've explained that they have the wrong number and to please remove my number from their list. They keep calling and each time getting more and more belligerent with me when I explain that Gary doesn't live here. The last time this person called I asked for their company name which he said was Free PayDay 365 which I've looked up and the company doesn't exist.  In addition, I've asked for the person's manager's name which he kept spelling differently every time so I don't trust that that person exists either. At the end of the call I threatened to contact Homeland Security and he promptly hung up.  

Honestly, I just want to get this person to stop calling and harrassing me! Any suggestions?

this number has called 5 times in last 3 min not leaving any messages can someone tell me who it is? I have youmail so it gets ditched guess its automated so they don't hear the message my phone is disconnected. want it to stop!!!!
