did you know that in the 70's a law was passed called the philadelphia law that states... Law enforcement personal are no longer allowed top solicit funds because it is a conflict of enterist. there for they must use alternative sources to raise money for programs. so even though you may not like the methods used it is the only way.

This is a professional fund raising organization trying to get donations for a supposed law enforcement support fund. The caller was not a law enforcement officer so I suspect a large percentage of any donation goes to the fund raising organization.
