ANY group that calls YOU is 99% certain to be an upfront fee company. What are those? A group that makes great sounding promises to rent/lease/sell/transfer/etc your timeshare or system membership points at a good to great price. They often claim to have a buyer or a renter or a group wanting space, etc - but then YOU have to pay to assure the process gets done. In realty that is all they really want - the upfront money paid by you and they can basically disappear (you'll hear nothing more from them & they will be very hard to impossible to reach) to go after the next victim.

DO NOT try to deal with them as it is a scam. Forget any "guarantees" as they are unenforceable (ask yourself what recourse you'd have if you couldn't reach them tomorrow or they simply never followed through with the promises made). Forget any protection from a credit or debit card. They have things set up so what you are promised meets the minimum requirements to assure they, not you, get paid.

DO NOT try to use them or you will be out whatever money they manage to get from you. THAT is a guarantee you can bank on unlike the meaningless, unenforceable one they are trying to lure you in with.

We see it over and over again and there is never a good outcome for those that actually try to deal with this type of "offer". Avoid it & handle your sale yourself. I recommend you to read this article about this type of companies:

I also have been getting many calls to sell my timeshare and finally got a name after many requests for repeating and spelling. Global Timeshare Surveyors. Not sure what they are up too but it's sure annoying and fishy. They always say the same thing and will let you speak with a specialist or supervisor that never seems to pick up or call back.

Just got ANOTHER call from this so-called "company".  This is about the 12th time in 7 days. I'm fed up.  I'm on the DNC list, and I have told these people to remove my number from their database AND to stop calling . . . but I seem to be beating my head against the wall because they KEEP CALLING.  Finally, today I asked for the name of the company.  I had to make the poor girl say it four times because her accent was as thick as a wool carpet and I couldn't understand me.  After I finally got the name deciphered, I asked for the address.  She hung up.  Big surprise, huh?  They've also gotten sneaky because they now conceal their phone number.  My Caller ID says only "Unavailable/UNKNOWN NUMBER".  I still reported them to DNC registry.  Hopefully, the lack of phone number for them won't be an obstacle.  I hope they get shut down, along with every other privacy-invading telemarketer!!

Just talked to Rocky from Global Timeshare Surveyors. Same general comments as above, but when I insisted that I wanted to know about his company he said he would transfer me to a supervisor and that it would take 90 seconds. During that time I found these comments and hung up. My number is also on DNC list.

I can't verify that I was called by 209-623-4684, since the number shown on my cell is "unknown", but the supervisor did give me that number and a company name of "Global Travel Services".  They called me dozens of times.
I did file a complaint and so should you.  Maybe we will get lucky and there is actually someone that looks at these complaints and does something about them.

I've been getting these calls as well, but with the number blocked.  I insisted today that he tell me the name of the company and he said CK Travel.  I told him to never call again (just as I'd been saying for days).  Very annoying.  Suggest everyone report to Do Not Call Registry at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2.

For about the 5th time in 7 days we got a call. Mostly I've been rude and asked them to please remove us from their list. Today, I tried to be patient--I know this poor Hindu named "Michael" is not making a lot of money. I asked to speak to a supervisor. None there. I asked for the name of the company--Global Timeshare Surveyors. I asked for a website or a phone number. I was given a phone number that calls a recording saying the number has been disconnected. How do you find out who is behind this scam.

This is the first call I have received from this company. They do just as others have done. Marketing and sales and harrassment. No answer when you call back except to be nasty.

GLOBAL TIMESHARE SERVEYOR must have got smarter, call came in as "private caller" number "anonymous" - same boiler room sounds in the background, poor english skills heavy hard to understand. . . . No way I feel good about this kind of call or opperation.
Ask not to be called. My numbers are all listed on the national do not call list also.

I too have been getting 2 - 3 calls a day from this guy who uses the name, Rocky, Kevin, and John.
I know it is the same person you people have been referring to because it is in referenco to selling a timeshare and he has an Indian accent.
I finally told him that I was going to make a deal with him - that as long as he continues to call me I wil call him. I said I will be calling at all hours of the day and will do so until he stops.Maybe if the rest of you do the same thing he will finally get the message.

Got 4 calls in 4 days from this company, on my unlisted phone number which is on the National DNC list. They don't identify themselves as a company at the beginning of the call. They call to discuss my timeshare. I don't own one. First call I told them wrong number. Second call I told them wrong number, don't call again, third call the same. Fourth call, I asked for company name and phone number. I asked for corporate address and the Indian/Pakistani/whatever person on the other end said, "we don't have one". They hang up when they can't provide answers.
They supposedly represent "Global Timeshare Surveyor" and got my contact info from a national list of people who own timeshares. Obvious lie.

I have reported the phone number to the FCC on the DNC complaint form online. Here's the link so you can complain too.

Don't worry Global Timeshare Surveyor. Your days are numbered. For those for whom English is not their first language, this means that American consumers who know how to complain and get results are going to close your company.

I have been getting calls from this number for the last two weeks, several times a day.  The call is in reference to me selling my time share, WHICH I DO NOT OWN.  I tried to explane this several times and asked that my name and number be taken off of the call list.  This did not happen.  I resorted to insulting the caller which is something they seem to understand and hang up.  So maybe this is one way of having the calls to stop.

Called the number back.  The fellow answered "Customer Care" and had a heavy accent (from India perhaps?).  He said I may have gotten a call from their department, and asked if we owned a timeshare.  Apparently he is associated with a timeshare re-marketing company, which given the soft market for "pre-owned" timeshares, is a non-starter; i.e. give them money but don't expect a sale to happen.  I asked to be put on their Do Not Call list. He was willing to do so and eager to hang up, but I insisted he take my name (which he referenced but never asked for) and alternate number as he was only referencing the number on his caller ID and not the one they likely called.  We get far too many of these unsolicited timeshare reseller calls and apparently since the timeshare reseller industry feels since one's phone number is listed with the timeshare ownership documents filed with the country recorder?s office, they feel the Do Not Call list does not apply to them. Of course the list does apply to them, but the government does not appear to enforce the list except in especially egregious cases, so now many unscrupulous telemarketers disregard it.

This number called my house in regards to selling our timeshare for a large fee. The second time they called, I said they had the wrong number and the caller responded "A$$hole" and then hung up.
