Caller saying he is from Windows Support and that your computer is sending a flag that it has a problem.  Also that you won't be able to access the internet after July 9.
Caller has strong foreign accent, but gives his name as Roger Norton when asked.

When I called back the number, it rang no answer.

This is a known scam that Microsoft has been warning people about.
