called my home 6/30/10 2 times looking for a Robert. No clue who these people are. They would not provide any information. I would assume it's some sort of debt collector, but they have the wrong telephone number for the person they are obviously looking for.

called 6/30/2010 - no message but Capitol One and their collection agency NCO have been harassing me from various phone numbers, looking for someone named David. There is no David here and I have never had a Capitol One account. Second call today from different numbers and it's only 1 PM. They call about 5-6 times a day and won't stop.

Called SEVERAL times, caller ID says San Antonio TX. I finally answered and the woman asked for my husband and when I said he wasn't home may I ask who is calling, she asked when he would be home and I said I wasn't sure but could I tell him who was calling, she said that's okay, we'll call back later.....who calls but won't tell you who they are???
