Got a phone call at 10:30 a.m..   Caller asked for me by name. When told my number is on the do-not-call list the call ignored the statement, and began a sales pitch for investments.

Ask me how much is my net worth. I told him I was on the do not call list, and that I would find him.  He ignored me.

At 8:10 am this number called to our place of work.  The man asked (amidst quite a bit of background noise) to speak with an employee, by name.  This particular employee was in a meeting and the option of leaving a message was given.  Rudely, the caller indicated he would call again.  However, it is common courtesy is to either say who you are, or leave a message when calling a business.

When the number comes in again, it will go unanswered, as it is a waste of time to bother responding to what is clearly not related to our business.

I would like to know whom this person is?
