To Whom it May Concern:  Early September, the first week, I believe, my husband went in a store.  The name of the store is merely "Phone Store". all makes and models, such as T-Mobile, Motorolla, Boost, Trac-Fone etc. He bought a Motorols Razor 3. which would mean the phone is used. It looked used, its 2012, the last update on that phone is August 2009. The pin number, if new, would be 0000, or 1234.  It was not.  Now trying to return the phone, with the receipt, and the iphone is broke.  Upon calling, first I got a ringing, and ringing'; now the phone is disconnected.  He is going back to the store tomorrow, but I would like to know if a complaint is made, after you get this email, or whose name it was under, because I believe they are committing fraudulence, and we have almost $200 invested, and we need help.
