couldn't understand message

Have this guy calling me at work all the time - I have just been letting it ring through to voice mail, but he hasn't left a a message, until now.  Says his name is Sean Kelly from a company called "Kazimer" (he slurred the name, so I have no idea of the spelling).  Suspect he's trying to sell me something.
