I got a call from this number today.  I didn't answer the call, and there was no message on my voicemail.  I will continue to forgo answering any calls from this number.

I got a call from 213-233-9998...I said hello 4 or 5 times then a recording came on that said please hold all reps are assisting other callers. Then a lady came on and hung up.

I have been calls since 8 this morning from this number and the unavailable, like every twenty minutes.  What is this about?

I keep getting calls from this number as well.  When I called it back it said that it was unable to complete the call at this moment and to try again.  It is getting annoying.

I got a call from this number today too.  First I received 3 calls and all that came up with each of them was "unknown" then shortly after, I received a call from this number.  I didn't answer.  They didn't leave a message.  Weird.

I got three calls from them and when I called them back I get the same recording all of you have gotten. The area code says CA but the number is disconnected. I also got a call from an Unknown caller as I am writing this comment. There is another number out there that I can't remember that they all have something in common. I applied for some grant information and all of a sudden I keep getting these calls from companies that don't exist that want me to pay a s&h fee for grant information. They ask for my account information and when I ask about their business or look them up on the bbb website they don't call anymore. So if you can talk to someone get as much info about them and then stop them in their tracks and they won't call anymore. And furthermore the phone number isn't a working number, the callers are using a device that allows them to use the number without getting traced. It's all a scam!!!

I just got two calls from an unavailable number when I didn't answer I got a call from 1-213-233-9998.I don't know who they are but they are caalling my cel phone.

I got three calls from this number on my cell. I don't answer any calls unless I recognize the number and if they leave a message I'll call back. I heard on the news that there is a scam going around much like the computer when they hack it. Same goes for the telephones or cells. Someone calls you and they are anticipating for you to answer. Somehow they can get your info. Not quite sure how, Im guessing its like tracing a call. So my advice would be to not answer it and wait for messages or report it to your phone company so you can have a record of it to report to the police.

Got a call from 213-233-9998 today (March 10, 2008) and some guy asked for me by my first name.  I just asked who this was, and he said that he was from "Google".  I said I don't believe that you're from Google, and he said he didn't believe I was who I am.  With a very smart-a** attitude.  Then he just hung up on me.

I got a call from them and they left a voicemail.  Said they were from some E-Z weightloss company trying to give me samples.

Got a call from this number at work today.  Foreign accent representative claimed she was from "ITC" or "IPC" - Industrial Technology Consultants, and that they were "updating their contact information". When I indicated that I am a lawyer, they decided to end the call with "Thank you very much, sir.  Goodbye.", but could not hang up on me.
Sounded scammy to me.

Yes got this call on my cell phone today at 8:33:41am on March 6,2008 no message left. Been getting strange calls today since.

They called March 5, 2008 at 9:20am CST.  The caller ID displayed the #213-233-9998.  But the name was "UNAVAILABLE". I called the number back it did not work, got a recording.  The recording said the number was no longer in service.  The recording must be fake, or they are sending false information for the caller ID.  About a hour before this call, I received two calls from PNI/KMPG/INC.  But the number part was "UNAVAILABLE" I wonder if these two calls are connected??  I wish they would pass legislation prohibiting these type of automated calls.

Called my cell phone and the number identified there was no name, I have no idea who the caller was and I have no voice mail feature.

They called after 9pm....he told me his name was Keith Walker.  When i find out who this is i am reporting their a**es

this number keeps calling my phone and hanging up... Im also now receiving calls from an unavailable number that hangs up as well.. The only time I gave my number online was when i posted my resume and took a career test and after that the calls started..

Called again!! Extremely annoying, who is this!?

Have got one everyday for last 12 days, I don't answer.

This was just my 3rd call today from this dam number.

Between these clowns and "our records show your cars warranty is up" idiot, I'm getting really aggravated.

I got one too, 1;55PM. No one there..Who could it be?

Left no name, called me during the middle of a class and when I called back, I got a message that said that it was no longer in service or disconnected.

Who calls from this number? I answered and right when I did, they hung up! I called back only to find out that this is "not a working number"
