Received a message from this number at 11:15am this morning stating "this is Tracy Bradley saying that she was an assigned mediator of the court for the UDM attorney network. And my case had been forwarded to her for final evaluation, and if i didn't call her back in a timely manner (so we could get together prior to a costly court case) that she would have to tell the courts that I opted out of mediation and chosen the decision for a costly case." I don't have any court cases against me and have not received anything by mail stating such. If she has my number then she should have my address. I reported them to FTC.

Received two calls from this company with very similar messages. Today I filed a complaint with both the FBI and FTC.   The first message was from "Phyliss Jackson" stating a friend put his name and number on the back of a check that may be fraudulent. The second was from "Tracy Riley" with the threat of my case being turned over to the courts.

I have filed several FTC complaints against this group.  They are a different company with a different name every time they contact me. No one that plans on suing you will contact you in this way.  The lady I got the 3rd time flew off the handle when I told her that even though the debt is not mine, if it was it was passed the statute of limitations. My normal suggestion is to just not answer the calls.  I am in the unfortunate situation where they called a friend of mine too, and told him I wrote a bad check with him as a reference.  This it the only reason I called them back.  I just wanted them to know that I know what is going on and that I am not to be messed with.  After that I haven't answered them or called back.

Theses people have called me on a number of accasions, asking to speak to my daughter. Our daughter is an adult and hasn't lived at our residents since she graduated  school 14 years ago. I very politily told these people I knew they were a collection agency and hung up, They called right back with a rude message, this only verified what I allready knew. So if they should contact you just hang up or don't return their call.

I received 2 calls today from a Tracy Bradley as well. I do not know who this company is!!!!! But what I do know is that they are breaking the Fair Debt Consumer Protection Act (FDCPA). I do know that if a company is calling and leaving a message about a bill/debt they are only able to leave the company name, they can leave their name, and a phone number. When they are leaving theses messages they are breaking the law. They are also committing third party discloure. They are leaving detailed threating messages on your phone, They do not know if it is your phone or a shared phone where anyone can retreive the message. I am like the other postees and will not return the call,

Ok, first of all, When they call they do not say  your name, so they don't know who you are!  It's not legit your number is on a list, they are trying to collect money from you, that you don't even owe!  NEVER call these people back!  They have called me on several occasions, today, 3 calls from a Tracy Bradley within 2 hours. I feel so badly for the people that are gullible and panic when they get a call like this. They also have several other numbers.  Be careful! Total Scam.

Someone named Tracy called our number not asking for my husband or myself but she said she was a mediator with UDM attorney network. She mentioned something about a court case pending that neither of us know anything about. We are in Virginia and are getting tried of these people calling us about court cases, loans, etc.

Hate to tell  ya, but nowadays $2,000 in debt is NOT a treemndous amount of debt!  Credit card companies deal with people like you ALL the time The U.S. is freakin'  cos people all over have *many* times that amount in debt!  They charge for boats, planes, automobiles, etc., so you see, again $2,000 is NOTHING!!!  This is gonna sound odd, but it happened just the same and it really pissed me off  cos I found out what I did wrong when it was too late.I could never qualify for a major credit card so I applied for  and got  a credit line through a national jewelry chain.  I needed the credit so figured what the heck, right?  WRONG!!!  I had it for a few years and was able to acquire a few pieces of jewelry.  Thinking I was doing the right thing, once I paid off my charges, I closed it out.  When I attempted to re-open it so as to get my children some nice graduation gifts, I was unable to do so and *that* was when I found out that I should have kept it open and just charged the minimal of $25 a month!  Well, who needs that much jewelry?  I was fed up and discouraged and never did it again.Personally I'm not big on plastic as *I* feel that it's too much of a headache all the way around; for the customers *and* the merchants! The percentage rates are through the roof and when you make a small purchase, it only seems to double the original price of the charged item.  That in turn raises prices, sometimes making for late payments and then the merchants have to wait for payments Me, if I can't afford it, I don't need it My advice to you is to be extremely diligent and not charge over what you can afford.  By doing so you won't be making any late payments, which also affects your credit.People are told that all the time, but they forget.  The key is NOT to forget, but having instant cash can be quite the temptation and living in a society that wants instant gratification makes the temptation all the harder!Good luck!

Received the exact same message from a Tracy saying she was with the UDM Attorney Network.  Called me at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday morning!   She said "Your case has been forwarded to us for fraud charges for an unpaid payday loan.  Unless I can come up with an acceptable settlement, my case will be forwarded to the DA for fraud charges."

This made me nervous, so I called my local D.A.'s office.  They said that defaulting on a payday loan is NOT fraud.  You just defaulted on a loan.  At worst, it will affect your credit; at best, there is nothing they can do.  Don't fall for this and give them any money!

Received a call at 555am from Tracy saying that she was an assigned mediator of the court for the UDM attorney network. And my case had been forwarded to her for final evaluation, and if i didn't call her back in a timely manner (so we could get together prior to a costly court case) that she would have to tell the courts that I opted out of mediation and chosen the decision for a costly case.

Well, I know I have no lawsuits against me, also, why on earth is she calling me at 6am on a Saturday morning! I don't plan on calling her back, definitely a SCAM!!!!

I received a call from 214-224-0976 this date,  a man stated I owed almost a $1000.00 for an unpaid payday loan and if I didn't resolve today, he would be turning it over to the local law enforcement for fraud charges to be brought against me,  I asked him for a copy of the paperwork and he stated he will show it to me when we go to court.   I again told him I wanted a copy and he told me it was locked up in a safe and he didn't have access to it but if I made a payment of $200 to him today,  This would all go away,  I hung up.

This number called looking for my son, I said he doesn't live here.  Called right back, twice.  So I answered and Monica said they were trying to help my son in a civil complaint and he gave my number as a reference.  I asked the name of the company, she gave me her name.  I repeated my request and she said the name of the company is UDM.  Either a scam or a bill collector.  Why would a Dallas company be helping someone in Missouri?
