My mother keeps receiving calls from 214 396 4704. This man is telling her the car that she is driving and that she is going to be arrested for some supposed debt if she doesnt send him money immediately.

please report any calls to your local FBI office as the guy who is calling you is under federal investigation for various criminal offenses.  DO NOT PAY HIM any money. this is a complete scam. wanted felon making extortion calls to consumers.....
