i got a phone number from this number 214-491-5761 bill collector saying he was a law enforcer threating to put me in jail .how can  i report this

this number call me and said he was the law enforcer threating me about putting me in jail the.number is 214-491-5761 what do i need to do for this to stop

insane collection agency.  they also create fake domain names posing as Law enforcement and send emails through those domains.  They are walking a thin legal line and I have no doubt that they will be in jail soon.
