Same here!

This Mr. Scott has called my phone and left voice mails at least a couple of dozen times in the past 2 months and 6-7 different numbers have shown up on the caller ID.

My number is on the do not call list and furthermore, this Mr. Scott never says who he leaving the message for.

I don't know who he is looking for and I don't know him;

I don't return phone calls to people I don't know.

If it's really that important and a matter of life and death for him to call so many times using so many different phone numbers, he should at least say what he wants in his voice mail

Is there anyway to stop this guy from calling?

How do you file a complaint?

Call the Police?

Got a message from "Mr. Scott" again.
As I don't know anyone by this name, I can only assume that it's some scam of some sort.
Naturally I did not return the call. By the way, "Mr. Scott" has called me from several different numbers which makes me even more sure that he's some sort of con artist.
