It the same jagoff claiming to be calling from the FOP.  He has been calling from 717.553.2121 - this number is blocked then he was using a blocked number now it is this number.

I past 2 weeks I have received over 100 calls - have reported numbers to FTC.

this same number kept calling my phone and when I answered it was a man claiming to run a charity for police officers who are killed in the field this is a total scam no matter how many times I said no thank you he kept insisting a 20 or 30 dollar donation. please be aware.

Called my home on a Sunday night, 12/8/13.  When I answered, there was no response.  I hung up.

Called 9pm on a Sunday night - Really - get a life.

Second time this week. No message. I wonder if the Energy Switch Company and The FOP share the same robo dialier and that is why it appears to be two separate things. No matter - I don't answer numbers I don't know.

I wonder can we call forward these numbers to our local police stations or how about the White House. Then maybe something would be done to stop them.

I'm guessing this number belongs to a call center since it seems to represent different organizations at different times.

First received a call on Nov. 11 where they rang 4 times and left no messages.  Called again last night Dec 6 at 7:30 and we picked up the phone.  It was a recording that it was the FOP collecting donations and no one came to the phone when we asked who it was.  We hung up.  This has to be a charity scam.  I am questioning any other telephone charity calls from the FOP.

I just pick up and hang up. They will never leave a message. If I want to switch my electric it will be on my terms not some flake of a sales pitch.

Same thing - at least once a day between 10am and 3pm.  I finally picked up today, and the caller asked to speak "to the person in charge of the electricity bill" to which I replied "take this number off your list" because in the year 2011, I would hope that my electric company would ask for the account holder by name when calling.  Anyway, the caller said something about not having a list, and only wanting to deliver a message.  I replied that if I wanted his message, I would have called him and again, to take me off his list.  The caller said something about me being in a bad mood and would let someone else call me and then hung up on me.  When I called the number back, I get a busy signal sound, which usually means the number is out of service.

I just missed a call from this number & tried to call it back I got a partial ring then nothing.. thanks for the info!! Now I know to block the number
